if the crz fl error message appears, what i always (successfully) do:
enter new crz fl = old crz fl +/- 10
so if 230 isn't accepted, i enter 220 or 240.
this worked always since my understanding of the current implementation follows the following for IFR flights:

did you read what I posted what I said Please read it again this is what is happing to me right now what is going on on your computer is not working on my computer just like the Flight plan that did not work for you but worked for me  so remember when you post we are working on a BETA and people will experience different issues!

Ps, I was doing exactly what you were telling me to do when I was getting the error messages and until I entered the FL360 then it aloud me to finish the Flight plan and to be exact this was the flight plan I was testing for you !
Nevertheless, this is the type of data and feed back we need to get to the bottom of the issue the data you gave me will help me fine tune the routes.

I don't 100% know the exact phraseologies anymore.
It's some years ago that I trained young pilots to be prapared for the radio license test.
I'll try to find online reference material or get it from practicing airliner pilot friends. But this might last a week or so.

Nevertheless some remarks:
As a good starting point (before contacting practicing airliner pilots)
you can find good documentation in the online networks like VATSIM etc.

As i know, there are exactly two conditions, when the word "clearance" can be used:

ATC uses that word only to provide a clearance:
"Cleared for x" with x=(startup, push back, taxi, line up, takeoff, land, cross rwy,...)

Pilot uses the word clearance to confirm a received clearance:
Cleared for x" with x=(startup, push back, taxi, line up, takeoff, land, cross rwy,...)

This because of security to avoid that any pilot assumes that he got a clearance for something.

Yes, XL eat a lot of memory, cause load Whole NavDataBase, apt.dats and some Proc files.

Thanks JAR.  I'm pretty sure only having 8GB is my problem.  I'll add some more over the next week and try again.

Both .dat files (apt.dat & <ICAO>.dat) play a role.
The latter is for X-Life to position ai aircraft (origin of aircraft is nose). The apt.dat is for X-Plane to position (aircraft's origin, I guess centre of gravity or similar). So ramp start positions differ so that all is fine.

yes when I load the data into the WED it never displays the airport or the data right so I am doing something wrong and I have read the manuals this is why I have asked for help.

Now I have been doing this for since 2012 don't you think I read how to do these thing just like you do  and don't you think I have watched the videos that stop half way from the end of the instructions being complete. the videos I have watched are more like click bait than real instructions that give the details you need to complete the job.
and I also did the developing in FSX-X the being extreme so I also have been in graphic arts for some time like since i was 15, so when you post 1,2,3 and think that is a good enough post for instructions please take a look at how i do my post when I give instructions one they give as much detail as I can so anyone can read and understand what I have posted.

so if someone would like to give the details to the set-up I really would like it and it would help produce more airports as it takes a team effort.

Yes people learn different ways you learned one way my so called "cranky" attitude came after a post about watching videos again that do not show what I need to help me and the time I take to type  these post and don't get past square one ! and instead of you going oK I see he does not get the WED or you see that I am having issues with the WED we move passed you wanting to B ...
me out about my attitude which I really don't have one except I want to got to step two of the procedure of X-Life and start producing airports with ATC so never mind you job now !
