Comment:
If the co-pilot voice gets stuck in a continuous loop, I have found by saying 'SKIP' or 'Skip This" will get him/her out of the loop. Try it.

Le copilote (JARDesign A 320) parle en anglais et il faut modifier la reconnaissance vocale Windows (qui est en français).
Est-ce possible de le faire parler en français?

does this happen when you press the wrong procedures it (LINDA Keep repeating Ex Before Take off procedure) it´s annoying

There is a problem with spoilers, datarefs sim/flightmodel/controls/sbrkrqst! and sim/flightmodel/controls/sbrkrqst are not valid anymore, it can be repaired by replacing them with:
jd/spdbrakes/handle=-1 for armed position
jd/spdbrakes/handle=0 for disarmed position
jd/spdbrakes/handle=1 for half position
jd/spdbrakes/handle=2 for full position
I tried also to change a male copilot for woman in config, but position of model is wrong placed. Anybody know if change of copilot model can be done in JD A320?

Yes, sure. No XP12 version for this aircraft still exist. As result - no copilot is exist.
