When you bought JAR A320 you should have received a mail with the serial number to be entered when you start Aircraft .

Dear JARDesign Team,

First thanks a lot for the A320 which looks very realistic.
I work on the REAL A320 and A330 since EIS in 1988, meaning I know it quite well.

On the latest version 2.7R1 and before, I noticed that APPR PHASE ACTIVATION made via the MCDU PERF page that, according to the FCOM is recommended to activate manually at 15NM from landing, does not activate systematically if navigating via radar vector using selected mode (HEADING mode).
The other way if all the approach is performed in managed (NAV) mode is the activation is automatic passing the D (Decel magenta pseudo waypoint).
It always says " APPROACH PHASE ACTIVATED" but does not activate every time.
In the REAL aircraft (A320 and A330), as long as the ATHR is engaged (which means Thrust Lever in CL notch, ATHR B/P middle of FCU is illuminated), whatever the altitude or speed, whatever managed or selected speed, the fact to "ACTIVATE APPR PHASE via MCDU PERF page", lead the speed target to become and to decrease to green dot speed (means best glide speed).

My comment is for the designer to take it into account for the next version.

Hello guys.
I hope you can help me. I bought the latest airac cycle 1711 on navigraph and wanted to update it in my Jardesign a320. I don't know why, but somehow I do not have an active database. The Navigraph FMS Data Manager says the airac is up to date in the JD a320. I really hope you can help me. Maybe you know the problem too. THANKS !!!

You need to install GNS430 (with last AIRAC) in your XP11 custom data folder .

I ordered the Update of a A320Neo for X-Plane 11. It is paid, but I'm still waiting for a new serial-key. Normally the new key should be available at least after 24 hours, but now I'm waiting 4 days.

I wrote to your support-team but no answer. Is there any help from your site.

Usually you get after some minutes a mail with your serial, so look also in your spam mail maybe it landed there..
