Need help!
Everytime I try to start airport editor, it crashes on X-Plane 11, forcing it to quit to desktop.
I'm tryin to edit LPFR, already have both .dat and .txt files on X-Life/Airports folder.

not work for me hmm
"flight plane" not open
tried to install again the plugin
tried disable GIZMO plugin
tried delet plugin folder and "update" it back
and try again and still not work

Have a problem...

I downloaded and installed all the required files, but XP11 hangs on start when it says "will initialize plugins"

from the log file it looks like "couldn't connect to server" is the problem...

I am running win7

XP11 Steam version. maybe XLife isn't compatible with Steam?

If I take Xlife out of plugins folder, XP runs just fine. But I'd like to see some more traffic! If you could help me I'd appreciate it!

I have a Saitek multi panel and seems like all functions work except the ap light blinks constantly and the altitude cannot be adjusted from the unit but is still adjustable with the mouse does anyone have a similar problem ! Thanks

I am having an issue with the Airport Editor:
I am trying to make an .xlf file for DD KMIA (DD Miami City XP). I have a .dat file with all the appropriate ATC Routes and Ramp Starts. However, in Airport Editor, the Ramp Starts are slightly misplaced and mis-oriented. I am loath to adapt them all again so would highly appreciate it if anyone can figure out what is amiss. apt.dat and KMIA.dat files are attached.

I installed the DVD version of xp11 and downloaded x-life again and the bluebell aircraft.  When I click " traffic on/off, nothing happens.  When I click it again : xp crashes .  What is wrong ?

I have noticed airplanes start stacking up in holding areas after 15-20 minutes of take offs and landings.  After a flight from LTFC to LTAC I watch the operation of LTAC for about 20 minutes.  The lead airplane in the various holding areas are all waiting for E195.  Flight E195 had taken off 10 minutes earlier.  See attached screen shots.  What keeps the planes in the holding area after the plane they are waiting for has left?

The last screen shot has the holding airplane without landing gear extended.

LTAC is an XLF file I constructed.  I am waiting to find out how to get rid of the RED question marks on the helicopter pads before summiting this file.

Hi,
Today flight : LPPT to LSZH

As departing Gate 122 with ground cab I was aligned on taxiway to start on both engines
-one AI plane came and cross me withtout stopping behind me ( to wait until I leave my position) and ATC told me  "hold position, runway position 17-35 busy" but I was still at apros (see photo)

In X-Life free version, the departure info tells me to takeoff from one runway but the Ai planes are departing and arriving from the opposite runways. This happened at KSEA and KEWR. Please investigate. Thanks

Flight LSZH to LOWW

Once I was parked at gate F31  at LOWW (I was the first) , AI don't notice I was here and so we were two planes parked at the same place sad

Moreover I find that it is not enought traffic for a big airport like LOWW
Only 3 DEP and 3 ARR at the same time......

I always have bug when inserting it  in the xlife flightplan because DCT waypoints

When leaving gate at LOWW airport with tugmaster, again AI xlife came and "don't see me".
It's like I were not here sad(
No waiting for this plane

Does someone have problems whit X-life and Rotate MD-80?, I have many x plane crashes whit that plane but other planes works great(FF767 etc).

after investigation, the problem occurs when i used aircraft editor first.

everything work ok today without using aircraft editor first.

Issues with traffic not appearing on arrival at KMIA and sometimes at other airports although display shows the traffic at lower left screen. Must be a bug please fix thank you!

Paul,

While in X-Life, click on the third square from the top of the menu column located on the right side of your screen.  See attached screen shot.  Another menu will open.  The bottom two items are the volume controls.

you should be able to just leave the "DCT" out and have nothing but a space between adjacent waypoints, so try that and see if you have any more success.
