HOW TO INSTALL:

Please not mix files with other version.
Download link: http://jardesign.org/a330/download/inst … 30XP11.zip

Please install new version of Ground Handling to be well-compatible with XP11
Download link: http://jardesign.org/gndserv/download/GHD.zip

Next:
- be sure, that you use X-Plane 11.00r1
- copy unziped "330_JARDesign" folder to ..\X-Plane 10\Aircraft\ folder
(be sure, what you are not use nonEnglish symbols in aircraft installation path)
- please visit download more fresh version of Ground Handling plugin. It work with JARDesign 330 without registration (for free). Please note what “Deluxe” version of this plugin (may work with other aircrafts) is payware.
- start X-Plane 64 bit and open a330, activation window is going to show up
- enter your serial key (Regcode), click NEXT and after a successful activation reopen aircraft via X-Plane menu
- activation works well with both MAC/WIN 64 bit

UPDATE YOU NAV DATA WITH FRESH CYCLE (if needed)

JD330 use NavData from
../X-PLANE 11/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder
. if not found there – aircraft will try to read it from
../X-PLANE 11/Aircraft/330_JARDesign/_navdata/
If you need to update your cycle, please use Aerosoft/Navigraph
- “JARDesign 330/330 Native format” or (the same in fact)
- “XPLANE_GNS430_777WORLDLINER_FF757PROF_NATIVE”
and put a new cycle to ../X-PLANE 11/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder (create this folder if need)

Need details? Well..

+ objects and textures was reworked according with new material system of XP11. Reworked.
+ NavData was removed from XP11 by Laminar Research and this was fixed for a330 (add _navdata with old Aerosoft cycle direct to a330 folder). Fixed.
+ a330 soundsystem was broken, cause X-Plane mastervolume datarefs. Now, you can use volume selectors from upper Plugins->Sound3D menu). Reworked.
+ a330 rain system was broken. Reworked.
+ add Diagnostic plugin, what can help if some installation was wrong (red message at screen if problem happen)
+ Perfomance and fuel calculation was broken in XP11. Reworked
+ Navigation system was broken and FMGS was reworked to be compatible with new XP FMS.
+ Cockpit buttons night lighting was broken. Fixed.

copilot says half / full... - ecam says speed brk, but F/CTL says no speedbrakes and visual the brakes are not out, too. no reducing speed.

it´s very heavy to land the bird with about 200 knots on a short rwy ;-)

Tested today, i couldn't see or feel your statement, speedbrakes worked like in previous versions.

I am not have this issue at all my computers. May be you can demonstrate this via skype j.a.romanov for me?

I have also reported this issue a few times in the beta section. Happens only after long haul flight. But during long hauls it happens
all the time. I also sent pictures taken from the sim. I attach here as well.

Give it a try after 2-3000miles of flight. They won't work! During short hauls speedbrakes work for me as well, but I usually fly very long flights like SCEL to Hawaii and speedbrake won't work during descent. It can be reproduced anytime.

UPDATE... Am I right if I put my navdata from navigraph data directly in _navdata folder inside A330.

If i understand well... I have to put manually my data. I can not use the FMS data nanager because the folder from navigraph is navdata and not _navdata

Please let me know if I'M right

Just to say that the following date is ok now

WHY the Active database date is not update in Jardesign A330 ?
I use the last Navigraph data for Jardesign, X-plane 11 and X-plane GNS430...
Why it not reflect ???

Hi,

Sometimes the weather radar does not work for me here in X11 real world weather.

I tried to set a manual weather with a storm and I saw the ND displaying the wx graph.

However if I set in the XP11 weather menu the weather to real world , even with the storm nothing is showing.

Is it a known limitation ?

This may be a unique issue for you and some others. I just took the A330 out for a test flight and the spoilers worked perfectly, albeit the physical modelling appears that the spoilers are quite low and not maximally flared.

The only obvious bugs I can still find with the plane are that it's wheels do not turn on push-back, and it's nose wheel spins the opposite way on taxi.

No, there is no limitation. For me it's working with "real world" weather. Meanwhile I'm using "ventura sky" with
XPGFS NOAA weather plug-in and it's also working very well.

Well, I didn't see speedbrakes deployed after touchdown ! (although armed)

BTW:
If you take your captain view two steps backward you'll see that your buttocks are half on pedestal :-)
As sim pilot you should reprogram your MCDU during flight if you get information about head wind at landing..
(Pilots used to check weather conditions all the way long)
Finally, where LEMD Madrid has disappeared?

Test flight LOWL - EDDN

1. both sceneries are defective !! Gras and gravel on taxiways better to use with a SUV 4x4. I hope that the authors will update them sooooon

2. As I push throttle on taxi a bit too high your I got a warning (inhibit TO) and then after TO I lost engine power at low altitude and couldn't avoid crash. During a second TO I had to push THR to TO/GA and then back to FLX/MCT, then I had another problem to set THR to climb. Has anyone same problem? On the third flight (without XL) I had no problem to set THR to FLX/MCT

Maybe someone can tell us something about the corporation of XP11 + XL + A330.

And they worked just fine for me, that was the issue we were discussing here, and not what a Pilot needs to check during flight etc. I am not a Pilot just a hobbiest. If you had followed the whole video, you had seen i was checking weather the whole time.

Anyway if people have issues with the spoilers, then it should be investigated, i am just happy with the Plane!

Look. When some people complain about not working speedbrakes, it won't help anyone if you send in post saying yours are working. And AGAIN speedbrakes won't work only after a LONG HAUL FLIGHT. If you flew a 1000 miles, speedbrakes will probably work during descent, but try to fly a longer then 4000nm and THEN check them. If they still work then it has something to do with this issue, as mine won't work after a this long flight. Never. On short hauls they work. ALWAYS. Period.

The log.txt from such a long haul flight where speed brakes don't work would be needed to start investigating the issue

Congratulations and thanks. The only problem (not a real biggie as far as flying... just annoying and not reaslistic) is the barometer setting has to stay at STD throughout the flight to clear the checklists.
