Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I can't create a new forum post...

I'm working on a custom scenery project. X-Plane's AI behaves badly if I connect taxi routes to the ramps (planes do a u-turn at the ramp and hit all the objects). I tried creating a version of the scenery with the taxi routes connected to the ramps, generated the X-Life TXT and DAT files, and then go back to the dis-connected taxi route / ramp version of the scenery. However, now the X-Life traffic doesn't load.

Is this because X-Life is trying to pull data from the dis-connected version of the scenery I now have loaded up? I figured the DAT and TXT files would have everything X-Life needs, so it wouldn't matter even if I completely deleted all the taxi routes from the scenery. Is this incorrect? Is there a work-around?

I'd like to ship this scenery with X-Life support, but I also don't want the X-Plane AI to be broken.

I have the domes of red and blue lights around the front of aircraft moving around the airport. I've seen in earlier entries on this forum the same problem, only these lights were green. Obviously only happens at night or when light levels fall. I'm running X Life 1.1r3 in X Plane 10.50b7, no other problems.
I'm sure the issue is being worked on for a future update. X Life is a great add-on for X Plane 10

For the first time I tested other aircraft models than the A series of JAR:

B748 inter works perfect with  XL, traffic and ATC. I had to synchronize data for the two sources the B748 FMC and XL flight plan.
Carenado B1900D HD works also with XL but the synchronization between the GNS530 and XL flight plan is not so simple especially planing STAR on APPR. Also during landing manually the change from APPR to TOWER with incorrect level advices is disturbing.....

Airport traffic in both test flight and also FM car are functioning without any problem.

For some reason I'm not getting full ATIS info, only the landing and takeoff runways of the departure and arrival airports. Two flights ago it was working fine all info showing. I'm running X Life v1.1r3 in X-Plane 10.50b7. I have made no alterations to set up, it just seems to have happened, other than that all is working fine.

LOVE Xlife. But.....still can not grasp the following. Help please.
KSFO to LAX  XLife Atis use SF3 SID  there is not Sf3 sid.
KLAX to KSAN Xlife Atis arrival KSAN indicates use BAYVU4   there is no such option. There is a U3 but no U4. And yes I have downloaded to NEWEST Nav !608.

The other thing is I let Xlife generate a flight plan and load the FMS with it. All the I need to do is listen to ATIS to select the SID. I then choose the runways and the suggested SID (like depart KLAX 25L with a LAXX7 departure). I enter 25L  I enter LAXX7 and it adds it to the flight plan but it duplicates in some cases and in others the SID does not flow properly with the generated ATIS suggestion. What am I doing wrong?

The only ATIS information displayed is departing and arriving runways.  No weather information.  See Eclipse attachment for screen shot.

Even though X-Life make this statement:
XL: 197 : MessageWhite: LZIB airport is not X-Life verified! Please use menu and check verified airports Map!
I have the LZIB dat and txt files installed.

I also have the same problem, but I have not upgraded to 10.50 9at least without my knowledge) the loading screen stills says 10.45.

I thinks its a weather server problem, but i don´t know from where xlife gets weather data.

Test flight LSZA - LSZH (over the Alp Land) X-Plane 10.50r1,  X-Life is version 1.1r3, Carenado B1900 HD FL 160.
No crash and without any problems.

I had only to put the same FP into the FlightFolder of XL and into the output folder for use with the GNS530.

I hope to see JAR soon back at his MAC....

I think the ATIS problem is a server problem this has to be solved by JAR

This is what the txt in \Resources\plugins\X-Life\Metar looks like ,off my last flight .There is sommething moved on the server and X-life refers to the old reference.

If you go to the http adress you get the data.

Can anybody look at his latest flights to confirm this.

Is JAR on holiday?
