I have it installed already I wanted to use the full version with the key you sent and I watched the video already... and it was no help...

I have done everything i was told too, and I found that the FollowMme car was also lost so, I had to reinstall and I trashed it email that had the # on it so now i have two Headaches and instead of just getting a simple explanation I am have to send a bible of information ...
I also sent a screen shot of what was going on so at this point I just don't know and the Sky sound also did not work with this version I was running so thats three issue so, I trashed the sound plugin and I am working on just the aircraft and and I will not keep spending $$ on the extras ... if they won't work and I can't get good instructions ...

HOW TO INSTALL:
  - be sure, that you use X-Plane 10.36
  - copy unzipped «GndHandling» folder to ../X-PLANE 10/Resources/plugins/ folder
  - start X-Plane 64 bit and load default Boeing 747
  - Use X-Plane menu and select the Plugins->Ground Handling->Registration menu and enter your email and the serial key. Next press the SEND button and please check your e-mail. within 1 hr. You should get activation code must be entered in the 'code' field and press CONFIRM. Your application must work well now. If necessary to reinstall, please use the same e-mail and serial number.
  - activation works well with both MAC/WIN 64 bit

This is where I was going wrong then I was using the A330 instead of another aircraft I never meant that it was anything wrong with plugin it was something I was doing ... Operator Error, which in most cases it is and I could have watch the film and still not caught the one thing "I" was doing wrong. Saying that, I want to thank you for your understanding and patents in helping me through this.

P.S. yes it is working now and is registered with out any issue I just need to change aircraft ... 

Well it crashes in windows 10 when clicking on registration.
not showing issue in log.
And not helping with win 8 compability.

What photo did you mean?

are you edit and save with PM any for a320neo?
if yes, you can take original a320neo.acf - all should work well

The reason - GHD read aircraft description and try to find set saved exact for this description. If it was changed - it will not read set.

Another way - load your a320neo, open Set Editor for GHD, select any car and click Update. You will see what set for this aircraft will save in Set/Custom folder (example - abcde.set). Need take AirbusA320neoby.set from Default folder, copy it to Custom folder and rename AirbusA320neoby.set in Custom folder to abcde.set - should work well too

I have just purchased and activated your product, following your procedure.
A330 Jar, B747 default and B757 FF are okay.
But for A320 Neo and B777 FF I have the same problem described by other users.
The equipment are blocked behind the planes.
I use windows 8.1, Xplane 10.36, and the last official Jar design neo A320.
I don't understand your explanation because I don't know what you mean as  "PH "  or " PM "...
Please may you help me ?

You can choose 3 ways -

1.Call me skype j.a.romanov and we will do all direct on your computer (if you want, sure)

2.Do direct this:
- load your a320
- X-Plane Menu -> Plugins -> GndHandling ->Build Aircraft Set
- click any "Sel" button, next click "Update" Button (your Set will be save to Custom folder)
- open your ../X-PLANE 10/Resources/plugins/GndHandling/Sets/Custom/ folder and find Set (xxx320xxx.set file) what you just save (I dont know exact name what will be - you will see it)
- copy this filename
- open your ../X-PLANE 10/Resources/plugins/GndHandling/Sets/Default/ folder, make copy of AirbusA320neoby.set with name what you just get.

3.Download .set file (i just attach) and put it to "Default" folder.

I've understood by myself what is the problem about the B777-200 of Flight Factor.
In the default folder of GHD, there is the set file for the B777-300 ( is called  B777-200LR ) but is missing the set file for the B777-200 ! ( must be called B777-200ER)
Please Romanov, may you release also the set file for the B777-200 of Flight Factor ?
