Hello,
running X-plane and loading the aircraft is perfect but after puchback the sound becomes very low and humming and  x-plane log file start showing the below error and its fill log file continuously . any help please ?

Hello, FYI, I don't have any problems with pushback, all is fine. I use better pushback plugin.

hello
i don't have any issue with pushback neither the aircraft is running more than perfect. but the i have an issue with sound. it works fine in the beginning but after pushback the sound of f.officer and switching sound becomes very low and engine sound becomes humming in top of that the log file starts receiving the mentioned error continuously whole the flight .

Strange, I don't have any problems with sounds.

Dont think so. Aircraft get changed datarefs set.

Hi, my activation window is not working in both XP11 and XP12. I was using XP11 and the plane was working but I needed to reinstall my MacOS and after that I tried some times but activation window does not open. I backup my previous folder JARA330...I dont know if this help to get the activation file....I appreciate your help. Tks

I don't know if it's the plane or XP12 but the turbulence affect very heavily to this plane, is as if the plane is a leave in the air

Thanks for the XP12 Version.

I did a lot of flights the last days. Pushback with Betterpushback is working fine.

On longhaul flight it twice happened that suddenly both engine shut off and were not able to restart with the normal procedure.

I had to force it with the x-plane shortcut.

My problem, flaps dont move back to 0, not with Honeycomb or manuel (mouse) Slats still down(1)
I fly this plane since 2000 in XP11 withaut problems What can I do. .I appreciate your help.

Hi, there seems to be an error with starting engine 2 in beta 3. The N3 get stuck at around 50%. I tried starting manually as well as with hot start and both with same result (see attached image).

shake come from X-Plane for now.
no way to change reflection for this beta aircraft and beta x-plane

Hello. Mr. Romanov, unfortunately I have to contradict you, the reflections from your A330 are so extreme that you can't fly this plane at night. And according to Laminar, this is a problem with the aircraft, not the simulator

this is correct. but this is correct too: "no way to change reflection for this beta aircraft and beta x-plane"

It it not possible for user to change this.

Sure, we will change this on aircraft side, but after getting stable effect of the simulator. We can not change it for every LR beta or RC. But will do for release.

Hello all,
I sent a video in a ticket weeks ago and I haven't received a reply: in the short final the speed, in managed mode, rises to 180kt. In the video I demonstrated how the configuration of the aircraft was perfect. The problem still exists in the latest version. Furthermore, randomly, the autopilot system does not respond: it activates regularly but the aircraft does not follow the horizontal or vertical nav profiles. In one of the tests it didn't work either but HDG and VS modes. I'm sorry but to me this plane is still a complete wreck and totally unusable. I specify that I have a fair knowledge of Airbus systems: I have been using A32x and A350 from other developers for years and without problems.

Hello,
There are few months now I didn't fly, but I've updated A330 to beta3 for XP12, installed co-pilot but it doesn't appear in the cockpit whereas it obey to oder and executes the tasks. Strange. Only a 3D model display problem.
any idea?

We work on global update of JD330 copilot now. Old version is not compatible, sure.
