X-Life version v4 for X-Plane 11.50 (Page 3 of 8)

I tried for the first time today, using X-LIFE with XPlane 11.50,  with and without Vulkan enabled.  In either case, X-Life now gives errors while loading, saying several specific X-Life aircraft files cannot be loaded.  Now, there are  no visible X-Life aircraft visible, on the ground or in the air.   X-Life works fine, on previous version of XPlane,  XP11.4.
HP OMEN computer, I7, 3.6GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX2080, 12GB VRAM.
FYI, XP115 log file attached.

Yes X-life working with XP11.50, but must be some updates to do.  Loading time is enormuos long, when I turn on X-life X-plane freeze for 2 minutes until X-life loading. And many time when i use X-life, X-plane freeze and must be closed. No warning in log files, but last input is that X-life loading some aircraft. So for now i don't fly with X-life anymore.
JAR did not comment any of ours posts and not give us any hope that be some inprovement in X-life and in FM too.

Hi! just updated X-Life to new version for X Plane 11.50. When it starts some errors come up about loading aircrafts, so no aircraft is shown in the airport. Find attached LOG file. Thanks!

I did do a support ticket for the issue I'm having with TCAS, see post 60, JAR replied it would be corrected in a future update, he didn't say when it would be.

Is there any hope that we'll get working airort-editor under 11.50? Seems to me that project is dead since some month.

Running XP11.5 without Vulkan.   X-Life DeLuxe user for over a year now.   I too get file loading  errors, such as ...  "X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/X-Life/Aircrafts/OSX_anim/a330/anim.obj ".  See attached screen capture.  I do have traffic on the ground and in the air, so X-Life appears to be working.  I use only the B737-800X aircraft.  But the file loading errors crop up from time to time during  a flight, and are very annoying, especially when recording a flight for YouTube.   I see that others are continuing to have similar problems with X-Life DeLuxe.   It works OK with XP11.4x.

I am frustrated with the Deluxe version as well. I. tried again today to use it but ATC kept me at the hold short line for 15 minutes with no planes landing or departing. I gave up and canceled the flight.

Hi, I just joined the forum as I am having trouble with EGKK.  The aircraft is showing as on runway 08L/26R when either queuing for 26L or when on the taxiway next to 26R to go towards 08R.
This means that landing aircraft do not cross 08L/26R after exiting the runway so they queue up waiting.  If lots of planes land then they do not clear the the active runway 26L/08R so I do not get clearance to takeoff from ATC.

Is there a fix to this to stop my aircraft showing as on the runway 08L/26R when in these scenarios?

Hi J.A., recently bought X-Live DeLuxe and am happy with traffic and ATC in general, BUT I get irregular stutters where GPU processing virtually stops for a few seconds. Doing the exact same flight without X-Live no problems. Sliders in settings at center position. When the stutters happen neither CPU nor GPU parameters are at their limits. Win10 Professional, i7-6700K, 32GB DDR4, RTX 2080Ti, Samsung SSD.

Tried various Nvidia drivers but overall pretty much same problem.

ATC, while showing weird radio frequencies, (which is not that relevant) is a great feature. Traffic + ATC provides a meaningful boost to realism!

Hope you have ideas how to remedy the stutter side of things.

Loaded v4.21-111220 and did a flight from LEBL to LEMD, X-life worked without any problems, but I'm still not seeing aircraft on TCAS, although they are showing up on X-Life radar.
