This is video driver issue. A month ago, there were many reports of similar problems with all XP aircrafts. Try updating your video driver.

i using mac book
i try with you step by step
but it also crash
because new refresh can't do like it
and when you open a330 it will be crash
but a320 is ok no problem

I found the following bugs in the newest version:

- When i set the throttle in a TOGA or FLEX position the system ask me to put it in a Thrust Climb.
- The GPU buttons disappear some minutes after has been loaded the aircraft.
- HDG button does not show the value in the specific window in the MCP
- The engines and GPU start up is faster than the real one
- The popup windows are limited in some specific area
- During the Final Approach the aircraft stayed all the time putting the nose up and nose down despite of the flap and vapp correct.

I bought the Airplane JD320-V3.4R3 Yesterday and these are the bugs I have found if anyone has a fix for them please let me know, thanks.

1) T/D too late and does not make the height restriction set in the MCDU / MCDU does not display height and speed restrictions when entered on specific waypoints.

2) The Auto pilot (MCP)Panel does not lite up inclusive of the value windows or is too low. (All other displays are good)

3) When clicking the heading bug from Auto it is not synced to the actual heading.

4) The Flood Lit for PED Co-Pilot side Center lower console does not work.

Hope this helps for the development team to fix.

Has no one else experienced the problems I have found on the latest download of the aircraft?? Or is it that something went wrong with my installation?? No one has commented further and the developer seems to have gone on vacation!!!! I sent a ticket to JarDesign and till no not a response!!!

I see that Romanov was questioning the complaints about late T/D, well late T/G means the aircraft descends too late to make its  first height restriction and breaks itok I agree that the pilot should take into consideration his progress of the flight BUT WE ARE PAYING FOR A PRODUCT THAT SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THESE BASIC FEATURES!!!!, that is not good when flying on VATSIM and Pilot's Edge!!!!! Secondly and very important the FMGS is not accepting Height and speed restriction changes, PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS IT DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH VERSION 2.

Finally the lack of proper responses or indications of fixes from JarDesign is far from acceptable and with FF A320 doing so well they should step up the game and at least provide meaningful responses to their clients!!!!

To lightup the FCU display and notes you should use two handles just below FCU or above ECAM (you can see them on your screenshot). Flood light is fixed and will be available with update.

Yes a ticket was opened and no did not send a log.txt file as they was no error registered in the sim did not see the need as others are having the same problems with the FMGS. What upsets me is that no recognition has been given to anyone for the bugs being reported here on the latest version of the aircraft, and this is not good.

Thanks for getting back to me and hopefully the airplane would be fixed very soon.

been an issue for a while, not sure if the latest update will have this reworked or not, i descend manually these days if i notice anything that wont be right,
i love the aircraft but this is annoying, however it has taught me to check the approach procedures and the fmc to ensure i can make the altitudes so not all bad

Hey guys, I recently bought the latest model and have a question.
When I am in EPKK or EPLL and try to fill SID it is shown in airbus, that SID's are not available. When I will do this in Zibo mod Boeing everything is correct. Do you guys know where is the problem, or what should I do in airbus to fix this? Some settings?

Sorry, I have forgotten to attach it. I am assuming that guilty may be an a320 database in MCDU. Boeing indicates 2017, however, airbus is indicating 2014. Do you guys know how to force it in airbus to use a standard database built-in in X-Plane?

You can update it by using Aerosoft or Navigraph services.

I don't want to be rude here, but guess what, I did that yesterday. I have bought a subscription on navigraph. I did updates for X-plane and for JAR Design as instructed. At the end Zibo plane is showing the latest and the greatest database ( which telling me, the update is successfull) however A320 is still 2014. By the way, i dont have something like that mentioned above: X-Plane 11\Custom Data\GNS430\navdata, after updates i have: E:\X-Plane 11\Custom Data\CIFP which contains .dat files not .txt files.

Ok, guys so the solution is quite simple and straightforward, but it is slightly different than what is mentioned in the instruction.
I have to download the database from navigraph, and replace the files inside E:\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\320_JARDesign\plugins\fmgs\navdata, not X-Plane 11\Custom Data\GNS430\navdata

You can use GNS430 , The aircraft looks for Navdata first in this folder , if it does not find anything in there , it use the information from : \Aircraft\320_JARDesign\plugins\fmgs\navdata .
You can see the result on FMC when you start the aircraft , you should see the two sources of navaids .

I have a problem with sound cutting out shortly after entering data into FMGS....it just stops, yet XPlane (11.40) continues with ATC messages etc. If you crash the sound returns again?? Have checked the log file but can't see anything. Also if I switch aircraft in the same XPlane run instance all is fine.
Any ideas?

Tried reinstalling perfs file and there was an improvement ...managed to get down the runway and then no sound.

Really frustrating as I've been using it for months with no problem. Don't really want spend hours trouble shooting problems thats not why I bought the software!
Oh well same old same old. Re did all the sound drivers for windows and sound worked once but back to same as before...xplane sounds work fine. Must be a Jardesign fault???
