Guys, please cool it. Remember why we are here: To enjoy ourselves. AND to help each other out when things go wrong. Both your arguments have merit. There are still a lot of issues with the JAR busses but in general, if they are set up right (and how to do that is a bit of a mystery, unless one watches all the videos and reads all the posts etc.) they do work pretty well.
Because it is not game but aspires to be a real simulator of the actual bus it is not trivial to get it to work. Newer users encounter a lot of issues and I would plead to the experienced users to be patient and remember how it felt in the beginning. From my own experience, only about 1 in 10 issues were real bugs but it is hard to find out because there is so little support through the forum. However, if you Skype Evgeny he will help. And he is the best authority on the products. So I really recommend doing that if there is a big issue. Happy flights!

okay I do understand what you mean. Anyway I was very emotional in this case. For this misbeviour I want to apologize myself. On the other hand you have to understand my overreaction. I'm a bit frustrated!  :-(
I'm still looking for a very elaborated tutorial which I could download as a pdf-file explaining step by step. Yesterday I made a very interesting experience. Using the speedbrake made everything easier to control the speed. Without the help of the speedbrake for me it simply wasn't possible to reduce the speed. This fact is completely new for me because I used Aerosoft's a320 in the past.
Unlike to the JARDESIGN a330 the speedbrake didn't have this importance.

The fmc dont update estimating time until passing over the next waypoint
Estimating time dont considere winds?

Hello guys!
So i've been chatting with JAR on skype and we went through the steps on why TCAS does not work, we tested it on X-Life and it works as normal, however on VATSIM, it does not work but the JD320 does. He will be talking to xsquawkbox devs and will hopefully fix this issue! big_smile

concerning Estimated time for waypoints, i noticed this as well.
But i could not say if it's wrong or if it works as it should.

I can confirm that estimated times not work well. During the past Cross The Pond event flying the NATS I needed to use the LittleNavMap software for calculate the next reporting point times.

Hi JAR,
Anything on a fix for the TCAS in the 330 ? I can confirm that I cannot see or hear traffic... nothing on the ND... All previous versions worked fine... I am using the latest one.

My specs: XP11.21; IMAC 27

Problem JARDesign A330 Warnhinweise     Noch eine Frage , wenn ich den A330 geöffnet habe erscheint unten : Framrate is too low ( 19 ) and affects the control of the airplane , please decrease rendering settings .

Du kannst im FMC unter Settings: Show FPS Low Indication oder so mit off ausblenden. Leider speichert er das nicht, so musst du dies jedesmal von neuem machen.
Ja, auch ich muss das machen (MacPro XP11)

FMC -> go to Settings: Disable fram rate low warning.
It let's you not safe this setting, so you have to re-do this every flight.

I just bought the A330 aircraft so far great airplane  behaves fantastic,,im just wondering  if the JARD team will work on remodeling the engines they dont look realistic at all especially the edges do not look rounded, they look like many lines putted together to make a circle . specially when when you set the camera on the window view. Is that  in the future to do list ?  Thank you very much for the great work

Thank you for that! you've just solved my sound issues! I can confirm sounds are all on and properly working, with that CEF plugin out of the plugins folder. I've saved it aside XP and now the A330 loads perfectly!
BTW, do you or anyone know what it does? "Disabling" it, XP loads perfectly, with no errors or warnings...

I am sorry. I do not have the time to do a log text or any other trouble shooting for this latest update on the V3 330.
On three tries to fly from Japan to Hawaii the plane did not follow the course consistently.
The Fuel prep window  would not work and when I tried to input values into it..XPlane crashed to desktop.
If I get time, I will put the plane into my xplane 11 with no add on's and send you the  log text.
I love your planes when they work.

release 5 of version 3 just posted with improvements:

+ VATSIM/IVAO ND traffic indication fixed (need check and report is it really work well)
+ some kind of CTD fixed

with the last new version all works ok but i dont see the engines or better they are empty ( no turbine inside)...help
