I know the easy answer is shutdown the engines - but is this a bug? anyone else having this thing?
No, this is a feature of 3.1
We are all enjoying it for a whole six pages here :-)

Not yet, I thought the forum is the place to report bug since it says "developers forums". Should I send them email instead?
Sorry for my late reply. You a right. This forum should be the first place to report bugs and to discuss the devs and with others whether they have similar problem or if there are any workarounds. However, when you can't get help here, it seems legal to be to file an official bug report: www.jardesign.org/ticket/kb/index.php
Anybody had this experience since updating to A320-3.1r2?
At random, both engines fail And RAT deploys. It is possible to restart the engines, but they may fail again.
On one occasion i lost control completely and the aircraft seem to rocket out of the atmosphere at insane speeds. Within a few seconds i was at 70000 feet from 35000. I have not had this before, so i am pretty puzzled about this.
I have looked in other places and seen some describing similar behaviour, but no solution turned up
Before any suggestions about my keyboard, i have practically nothing mapped to any keys there.

Hi Sir don't push space bar
Hello Eugeny,
do you think it's possible to create the possibility to separate engine 1 and engine 2 in a future version ?
Same question for the A330.
Have a good day.

I had the same issue (with 3.0r6 as well). The cause of the problem was that I had "mixture" assigned to an analog joystick turn knob, which randomly cut the fuel off.
I have no idea regarding your other issues, but they might be caused by something similar.

Actually this feature was with us for long time and it got fixed. For some reason 3.1 brought it back.
My solution currently is that after replay just hold brakes and do fast TOGA then fast IDLE after replay.
The question is: is the development still ctive? It's been silent for some time...
Has anyone got a glitch where after disconnecting AP on landing, the aircraft seems to levy up and down? I don't know if it might just be me, but here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H9mGuw … e=youtu.be
please JAR insert PILOTS inside the cockpit like in a330. Thank you
Trying to update the AIRAC cycle for the Jar A320 with Navigraph and also have Aerosoft Navdata Pro. Saw the instructions on this message board to map Navigraph or Navdata Pro to XPlane 11 / Custom Data / GNS430 / Navdata. However, XPlane 11 does not use the GNS430 folder anymore. Any suggestions and has anyone had any luck mapping it to the XPlane 11 / custom data folder?
Thanks.
The A320/330 don't use the XP11 nav data yet. So just make a folder GNS430 in your XP11 Custom Data folder and copy the Navigraph navdata folder into the GNS430 folder.

This is what you get when you rely on the JARDesign A320 autopilot. Exact same flight - only added daylight so you can see the aircraft with EXTREME wing flex (Only two parts to each wing though? Seriously?). Was trying to approach LOWI, aircraft missed a waypoint immediately after another one, turned around, redirected the aircraft, nearly flew into the mountain. Adjusted altitude, speed and attitude - results are in the daylight picture.
I guess this explains all the hype for the FF A320. I am starting to understand why the FF A320 will immediately suppress the JD A320.

I have the latest JD320 update and I've never had any issues flying the aircraft since my purchase back in early May. With the help of the forum, I was able to update the Navdata. However, tonight during takeoff on a flight from SBKP to SBGL, I noticed that when I moved the throttle to The Max Flx position, it did not register on the Primary Flight Display. Same thing occured when I move the throttle to the climb position. No power loss when in the Flx position and once I moved the throttle to climb, the speed was out of control. Using the Saitek X52 Pro throttle and joystick and I recalibrate both and got the same result. Any idea what's going on and should I reinstall the JDA320. I'm going to fly the default 737-800 tomorrow and see if it's an issue with the A320 or the Saitek X52 Pro
Have noticed also that when advancing the Throttles (Saitek Pro Flight) the Nav Display Range also gets changed, unsure if this will be plane / X-plane / Joystick related?
Hi all,
maybe I'm not quite right here. The question I have already put in the SmartCopilot forum. But maybe someone here in this forum has an idea or solution ...
We fly together (SmatCopilot) with XP11 and JarDesign A320. Also we use the MCDU Hook plugin for A320/A330. So far almost everything works fine but there are three main issues:
1) The QNH setting/button is not synced. (do you know the dataref(s) for this setting(s))
2) Sometimes there are strange autopilot issues. The AP will not fly the path. Then you have to disconnect the AP and set CMD A on again.
3) In the approach phase when you hit the ILS scope and press the APPR button, the AP will align the aircraft on the ILS path. On the beginning of the ILS glide scope nothing happend but the APPR buton gets deactivated - so there is no descent at all.
2 and 3 happened only in a smartcopilot session and not in a solo flight!
Maybe anyone has a solution or idea?!?
Thank you
RevLoewe

Which approach procedure to LOWI did you use? Especially when coming from the west and doing an approach to RWY 26, the AP fails to fly the turn at RTT. I suggest to flying it manually or using HDG or TRK mode.
The way around, i.e., coming form the east and doing an approach to RWY 08, suffering the same problem. However, here is an additional issue with missing waypoints for the approach- But this seems to be a problem with the nav data.
Maybe we should wait and see what the FF A320 is actually like, before setting it up as a paragon of perfection, just because that's what its maker suggests it will be. They do have a vested interest when all said and done.

GPS 26 I think. I think the aircraft hit a waypoint too late, as it always does (never follows the green line), and then tried hitting the approach mode waypoint about half a NM behind it, but missed it for some reason. I guess you are right - directing to the waypoint after that was, quite literally, a stab in the dark, but at the same time, it was kind of difficult to navigate during the dark.
On the A320, there is no shine and reflection on the fuselage like it should be. The A330 has lots of shine. Anybody notices this? Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug regarding this?
Finally, the nav lights do not reflect on the ground anymore and it would be nice to have pilots showing in the cockpit from external view.
Thanks
