Yes - same process as normal. Enter your activation code into the pop-up and then reload the aircraft when it prompts. I have the BSS soundpack and I had to completely quit XPlane and restart to get the sounds to work. Worth bearing in mind if you have the soundpack.

I don't believe there are limitations - I certainly haven't experienced any and I update with every Beta? I imagine the activation code will only work on one version at a time though.

I noticed this "bug" too. I think its an old bug though. This happened to me when the plane was overspeeding and the FBW was doing its protection. While the plane was still slightly overspeeding I could enable the AP again. This is when the spoiler bug happens. This can be fixed by disabling and re-enabling the AP again when the plane is no longer overspeeding. I also noticed that the plane violently pitches up when disabling the AP in this situation. I guess the protection is still active when disabling the AP.

So to keep it short, don't try to enable the AP when the plane is still slightly overspeeding.

I love the A330 my friend. But wanted to help by providing you feedback as to a weird bug or issue I had the other night after last beta update for X-Plane 11 and the latest beta for the A330 released.

Flight was filed using the default Airac Cycle in X-Plane 11 and the A330. Simple flight from KMCO to KTPA using JAG5 Star, and ILS approach to runway 9 at KTPA.

All well and good until on final approach. If I leave the FMC running the flight, it wont pickup the Approach phase automatically. If I select the LOC and Approach on the console for the aircraft they do not seem to pick up the GS or the ILS automatically anymore.

I have not had the chance to test this on any other ILS approaches, so either I screwed something up, or there is a minor FMC bug.

Previous flights into KATL all worked for all ILS runways with all FMC approaches being picked up automatically and the LOC and GS working normally.

It was just this approach into KTPA that seems broken. Auto-throttle also refused to follow FMC restrictions as well. Needless to say it was a fast approach and landing manually was fun at 240.

Keep up the great work, it is an amazing aircraft and this flight simmer fully gets we are in beta here.

I guess you're referring to the KMCO SID called JAG5. There's no STAR with this name ...

Test flight KJAC - KSEA no crash.

1. A main problem (concerning also the A320 model) occurs during take-off after initiating AP. Aircraft is pitching over 20º
to the red zone and then falling back to 10º while speed reduced near or into the red bar which then cause the AT to disconnect.

2. Trying to flare just before touch down do not reduce speed for landing. In contrary, it causes the aircraft to rise over the runway causing a go-around (if possible at all)

1. after take-off on engine (number 2) shutdown: Generator 2 "FAULT" ( ELEC yellow/green Fault).
problem is that no procedure to handle this situation on TCAS

2. During second flight on approach: ECAM (green announcement) ELEC yellow.. but no flight disturbances

Make sure that the ILS frequency is entered for the runway you are approaching.

Update is posted. Only engines parameters and performance tables was changed this time. May be this is not last engines tune, cause changes from Laminars may expect. Anyway we will tune final after XP11 release. Every retune is hard job and eat about a week of my time.

i have a question, my bf bought me the a330, and i just got the x plane 11 compatible version, i tried using the same key but it give me an error, i thought since he bought it last week that it should still work in XP11?

Test flight A330 b8
1. Very unstable TO. Initiating AP is pitching aircraft over 20º. In one case AT is disconnecting causing thrust increase. (I have to move thrust to idle then to TOGA to get control and initiate AT for new. This procedure cost critical time!). In other case aircraft pitch is sinking at once to 10º or less and coming in or near the red bar (which can cause again AT to disconnect).

2. Disconnecting AP during descent (ca. 1000 ft) cause aircraft to pith up suddenly !

This occurrences seems to be solved in earlier versions - now it return again......

1. Radio no sound (maybe i am missing something)
2. Cannot choose aircraft liveries (although they are in the Liveries folder) Who has same problem or already solved it?
3. Question: Did JAR reduced the route fonts size on ND screen?

BTW I just installed OSX Sierra on my iMac. Until now no problems... Frame rate increases up to 10FPS

Haven't got around to testing the new A330 yet but thanks for letting us know about Sierra. I have the exact same iMac as you but haven't upgraded to Sierra yet. I will now.
