Then i should be out of Keys / activation years ago. It's bound to your hardware , if you change components  or your PC then a new activation is used then i went true a few betabuilds. But i could be wrong.

But.. if i do that A330 it's going to be a old one, not a new version... i mean i think the problem is bigger, because i don't have a330 plugin in the tab. Help!

Two days ago I made a test flight from EDDC to EDDM using X-Life and the last version of the A330 on my iMac. I had two problems, on of them seems to be a serious one, so I decided to discuss it with JAR. The A330 was swinging hard during descent under AP control a even more as I took control at 500ft for manual landing. In the past I had difficulties to land "clean" because of this problem and I thought that the cause is a balance problem or engines synchronization.

But then I remember that JAR has installed a "Camera Shaker" in the MCDU Menu. I didn't recognized that it is primarily set to On. After I turned it Off I made the same test flight and the "swinging problem" disappeared (at least at his flight)!

My advice is to check this adjustment before flight begin to avoid instabilities of the aircraft. I think that JAR will do well to eliminate it completely.....

Can anyone help me sort this error message out which appears in my log.txt file every time I load my A330?

I own the XP10 version of the A330 and I have now downloaded XP11v2.0b1. I bought the A330 last year from the XP store. How do I get an updated serial number as mentioned in the x-plained announcement so that I can activate it in both XP 10 and 11?
"All users who bought the A330 BEFORE the X-Plane 11 presentation event (October 2016 and later) may update their serials (get a new one) to make it worked with both – XP10 and XP11."

I tried my current serial number but it did not work.

Ok I must have misunderstood. I was under the impression that there was an A330 beta for XP11 that we could access right now, but we would need an updated serial to activate it.

Thank you for the update :-) Are you looking at the latest version being compatible with XP11. I have the older version working but the new version SASL crashes XP11

If the A330 will become XP11 compatibile you'll have a new customer, any confirmation about that please ?

BTW, could you pls take the chance to fix some bugs in the meantime ? I have heard that the FMC still has a few, like the passed waypoints not deleted, direct to VORs, etc... please could you please take care about them while allowing the XP11 compatibility ?

hey guys my SASL for the A330 keeps crashing xplane 10 any ideas on how to prevent this I am using the current version of the aircraft

I have still issues with Auto Landing. Always I have to do manual landing

Reverse throust can be active within any power and HYD! and ADIRU is working when its off....

does the animation for the spoilers outside the aircraft work? the plates are not moving.

There is an issue with the "Local Map" setting under Location Menu in X-plane 10.51r2.  Whenever I move the map to look ahead, then close the map while the plane is in the air, the plane goes out of control and just flips over and crashes.  When the plane is on the ground and i move around in the map, it resets the plane to the default runway and also all configurations are resetted.  Am I missing a patch somewhere? or will this be corrected in the future.

Are you sure you are moving the map and not the aircraft?

hi, thank you for replying.  I want to mention 3 things...

1. Animation for Flaps is working fine. i extended them out today to double check this to make sure they were working cuz i wasn't sure if they were moving, but the Flaps are working.

2. Yes i am sure every time i scroll the map or move it around, the plane flips/rolls over and just loses altitude on its own.

3.  the system warnings get stuck sometimes (example: flaps, terrain, pull up, glide slope).  i need to press the SYS button to disable them and turn them off meanwhile up in the air and the plane is flying properly.


Overall, i really enjoy the A330. great work, Jardesigns! this is one of my favorite aircrafts.

It perfectly makes sense. It would be a waste of time following betas, better to wait the final release or even 11.1 to release the compatibility patch.

Just a question, along with the A330 XP11 compatibility patch, will be there also some bug fixes / improvements ? I am mainly thinking about the FMC
