Release!

v.1.3r3 distributive (Windows 7/8/10, MAC OS Maverick..Sierra)

New:
- 10.50 ready
- X-Life ready
- FMGS improved
- Cockpit textures and details improved

Please install it as CLEAR!!! installation, not mix files with other version.

r2 is a repack of r1 with new (more fresh) SASL base plugin
r3 is a repack of r2 with new sound 3D plugin (OSX Sierra support)

!!! If you use BSS custom sound pack with Sierra OSX, you need wait "Sierra-compatoble" update from BSS.

HOW TO INSTALL:

  - be sure, that you use X-Plane 10.36+
  - copy unziped "330_JARDesign" folder to ..\X-Plane 10\Aircraft\ folder
    (be sure, what you are not use nonEnglish symbols in aircraft installation path)
  - Download more fresh version of «GndHandling» plugin from official
    board http://jardesign.org/forum/viewforum.php?id=29
  - copy unzipped «GndHandling» folder to ../X-PLANE 10/Resources/plugins/ folder
  - start X-Plane 64 bit and open a330, activation window is going to show up
  - enter your serial key (Regcode), click NEXT and after a successful activation reopen aircraft via X-Plane menu
  - activation works well with both MAC/WIN 64 bit

UPDATE YOU NAV DATA WITH FRESH CYCLE (if needed)
a330 use NavData from
../X-PLANE 10/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder
if not find there – will try to read it from
..X:/X-PLANE 10/Resources/GNS430/navdata/
If you need update your cycle, please use Aerosoft/Navigraph
- “a320/330 Native format” or (the same in fact)
- “XPLANE_GNS430_777WORLDLINER_FF757PROF_NATIVE”
and put new cycle to ..X-PLANE 10/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder

Using X-Plane 10.50b5 I'm getting CTD with the following message:

"Ref count never went positive. (TEX_obj.cpp:285) X-Plane 10.50b5 (64-bit). The current beta version of X-Plane is now X-Plane 10.50b5a."

Report's been already sent and I suppose this's an X-Plane devs problem.

same as Dee. Crashed due to "Ref count never went positive".
Using X-Plane Installer and surprisingly it says the newest beta is "10.50b4" (strange because my version was 10.50b5a when running 330v1.3r1). After I rolled "back" to 10.50b4 I can start flying the A330.
Unfortunately the FMGS still requires me to enter TMPY waypoints one at a time. BTW active f-pln in selected mode doesn't change in green dashed line. Hope JAR can fix it soon.
Anyway 1.3r1 is a great update.

Please use it with stable 10.45 cause a lot of troubles with beta 1050 now.

Thanks a lot for this update! Is this version the same as the previous 1.3b1? Because i read a post you wrote saying we dont need to update to this version if we already had the beta version? Is that correct?

It is stated on the release page that it is the same as 1.3b1, however, 1.3b1 runs with X-Plane 10.50b5 whereas 1.3r1 results in a CTD at start-up.
So NOT the same?

Anyway, new version was repacked (with .lua code secure procedure) - this is just a difference. Anyway code is the same. I have CTD with 1050beta5 for all versions.

So, if you are Laminar Research beta-tester (like me) i just sure - you need have at least 2 X-Plane installation
- more fresh release (for regular use)
- more fresh beta (for tests)

For example I have separate installation of
- 1036 (use it for work with PlaneMaker)
- 1042 (Use it for flight)
- 1045 (not use it)
- 1050 beta (for beta-tests and reports)

But I just test it with 1050 beta 6 (prebuild). Loaded well. No CTD.

I also get this error on loading with 10.50B5, but you can resolve this problem by copying the panel.png from the  -panel- folder in the root directory of the Aircraft.

Can you PLEASE allow us to input values into the loadsheet rather than pressing the pax/cargo numbers 100 times. Another nice addition is to simplify the menus for the A330, why wasn't the same nice menu added from the A320?

I think the A330 is too sensitive to turbulence. The A320 even more.

Hi

I just observed that with XP10.50 beta 6, the green shapes showing rain on the weather radar are placed on the wrong distance on the Navigation Display. I'm not sure about the size of the shapes but the distance is wrong.

In my example (see below): On the weather map of X-Plane the bad weather is around 40 miles from the aircraft and on the navigation Display it will show it at around 10 miles (!).

Sorry, yes, i cant start APU too at one of my test computer (MAC OS)

I'm not hearing runway sound or ground contact on landing using BSS sound pack for A330. Other than that all seem to be working fine in 10.50b6.
