How come the sound of the ptu is irrelevant? This is basic.

The speed brakes are NOT dragged.

Speed DO NOT reduce to 250kt during descent to FL100.

The black stopwatch button DOES NOT work.

At the landing appeared the message in the ECAM of "HOT BRAKES" and the brake fan button did NOT turn on the hot word.

Autopilot decoupling a few times during climb.

Is it just me that's happening?

Is it too complicated to make these corrections?

IF YOU DO NOT CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS I WILL BE SORRY OF PURCHASING THAT A320.

If you want the PTU sound so badly, buy the BSS soundpack.

Speed brakes do work here...

We'll never happens to me that the speed is not reduced to 250kts when passing FL100. Maybe make a new topic about that and post some more information on that. Post Log.txt and bb_log.txf

Yes chrono button does not work, but repeating it won't get it fixed faster.

You have to clear the hot brakes  message with CLR button found in the ECAM control panel.

now it is 2.7b3 a320
probelem im facing is
1-  the approach face is not activiting autometically
2-when i clr a wp the lines dissapered but the  point stayes in the plan and the plane continue to fly in that direction of that point .then i haveto push the hdg two times then the plane flows the flight plan
3- when i add a wp or del a wp the mcdu page doesnot go orenge but stays in green ,nothing happens
4- previously in the descent page speed mention is 210 ,but now it is 310,so when i descent auto pilot always disengaged autometically the throttles are also notresponding beacuse the dscent spped is too high so i have to first bring down the speed before pushing the des.
So thre are lots of you can call it bugs or probelems in b3
please help me out
some times the mcdu gets black screen bellow are photographs

How absurd! To have the sound of the ptu I have to buy BSS sound? How awful!

The speed brake does NOT slow down during descent.

Speed does NOT automatically reduce to 250kt BEFORE FL100.

I'm disappointed and sorry I bought this plane.

Well I think the guys you call "fanboys" see the fact that the aircraft developing is achieved by achieving some steps and not all in one. So if you take a look how the the things changed here on the JAR busses you will see how they develop their aircraft. The first A320 was in comparison to the stage now very basic. So first they started to built a basic A320, then they started to improve the systems and a little bit of visuals. When it was in a good stage. They began developing the A330 and put things they learned from development of the 320 into the 332 and go a little bit deeper in system details. Then when the 330 was "finished" and working good JAR Started to put the new systems functions to the 320(like improved FMGS for example). So now as 320/332 are in a good shape they stated development of the 319. So as the 320 only get a little bit systems update and more to visuals. My opinion is that JAR will wait until the 319 is finished and then transferring the new systems back to the 320/ 332.
Sometimes it's harder to get through existing code and change that to standards of these days then just do the whole things again taking into account what you have learned from previous projects.
So for me it's okay that they concentrate on visuals at this moment, because I think that some time later they will concentrate on the systems again.

Of course everyone has his own priorities of how the aircraft should work and which system should be modled in total depth. I know the airbuses very well and I know that there are some simplifications made here and there. But for a flight from b. The most important things are moddled and it's nice to fly the 320. so to my mind the 320 is a good compromise between visuals and systems. And to my mind it will be improved further the next years.

there are some annoying  fanboys out there who (excuse my analogy) like looking at a cheap prostitute, blinded by shiny sexy clothes, covered with tons of make up,  believe animations and graphic enhancements is what advanced simmers must expect from quality aircraft. What I can agree with is that some of the changes requested  are sometimes a bit over-kill (for my taste).
I trust JAR will or already does use experienced real world pilots consulting them on which changes are required. JAR knows their plane best and they are aware of what needs to be improved, no doubt about it. We just miss that communication on what we can expect as evolution for these wishlist posts to stop.

In flight, the "reverse" does not work (v.2.7r2 and v2.7b3) but it works v2.6

As per official airbus standard, reversers can not be activated in-flight (in any Airbus). This was indeed possible in the previous versions of JarDesign Airbus, but if it's fixed now (have not tested it yet) it's good.

hi see may be wrong about the probelem in b3 . there are the great developer for the this beautyful plane to counter thease probelem
which will make this plane no 1 for this industries, beacuse every one has got his own configuration including the steam verson.if you donot get any probelem means no one should get, critics are good which helps makes the product grate and one more thing what i come accross in forum in xplane org what in my point of view somewhare in youtube that jar is bringing one more beautyful plane a319 is going to introduce with qpqc fly by wire plugin. if that is correct then that wiill be the great day for allaround the world for the simmers. this product will be the no1 in sim market. i know qpqc does not have sid and star. but you can add sid and star to your flight planing.

Just went to alt-r Recording after landing, Standing on a Taxiway with engines idle, flaps 0, speedbrake unarmed and retracted, no park break, and when I get out of replay of recording a320 goes to Alpha Floor, full throttle on the ground, no way to Exit, had to shut down both engines.

Replays aren't supported, due to the fact that x-plane isn't capable of storing values of custom datarefs correctly. That's also the reason for your alpha floor. Unfortunately nothing JAR can do on this.

Today, I downloaded, installed and flew the most recent version of the A320neo.
All went well, but after I initialzed the descend, the engines went off (both), the RAT got deployed, and I had to do an emergency landing.
I have no idea what may have caused that issue and the dual falme out. A bug, a feature?

Test flight LLET - LLBG X-Plane v.10.51(actual version), A320 v.2.7r1 , BBS v.3.1 on iMac27 2016 v.10.11.6 without any occurrence
1. Approach and landing with side wind 6kt -  aircraft behave stable.
2. BBS  - compatible (sound not perfect)
3. JAR ground handling  - working

For now it seems to be a very stable version.....

Hi All.

Yesterday i flew the current Version of the A320 at EDDL for some landing / go around training.
The MCDU was programmed for the basics (T/O Data and Landing Data).


Every time i engage TOGA for GO-Around the Primary flight Display freezes for a few seconds (usually until flaps are retracted and the aircraft is in clean state again).

I can reproduce this behaviour every time i perform a go-around.

Anyone else got this error too?

Anyone found success with the A320 with XPlane 11?  Having issues using the flight computer and the Navigraph data.  As far as I can tell the data is not being read at all... Can't even seem to locate the airports, error I've been getting is "arr/dep apt not found"  Might just need to wait for an update unless I'm missing something.

The developers are working on an update. There is a lot (A320, A330) not working in XP11 so far.
