You open the dsf and the apt.dat in WED. Rename the apt.dat to apt_no-static.dat (or whatever). Delete everything from that one. Then, put exclusions right on top of every airplane (which you can find in the dsf file) in the apt_no-static.dat. Export the apt_no-static.dat from WED when done.
Load the apt_no-static.dat before the regular apt.dat by putting it above in the .ini file and ,voilà, no more static aircraft...
This way, you can share the apt_no-static.dat with the community.
If you are doing it just for yourself then you can just change the status of every aircraft to "hidden" in the .dsf and export.
