As a winner, please explain why the ND shows FLXXXX when the ALT is below FL100; or why the f-pln drawing algorithm is unable to handle some leg drawing. Regarding the drawing, if I remember correctly, dating back in 2015 JAR320 could do perfect curve drawing for some interesting approach like the DME ARC in ROAH.

Today I did another fuel test flight. Duration: 6,5h of flight. As source I used a real world OFP for an A330-243 and simulated the flight which took place at the same time.

As per OFP I should have used 31100kg.
As per vacating the runway I have used 27600kg, so only 89% of the planned trip fuel

AT the middle of the flight I only used 93% of the fuel I should have used.

So I'm still not getting your results.

At least quite a big difference as well. On my flights i ALWAYS had around 20% less than calculated with PFPX. And theses values are matching with the instant fuel burning i measured (in Kg/h depending on altitude and weight). Yesterday Eugeny sent me the FCOM he based his plane on and i'm still seeing around 18-20% of differences. He said he will look into it in future and fix it but not for now. So i will try to corrigate the values by myself. The thing is that the take off performance also seems quite wrong, so it makes sense that the performance is not well calibrated for now. I hope i will be able to fix it with Plane-Maker, already did for some other planes...

I think that you must distinguish between JAR X-Life AI aircraft on route and sim aircraft flying under VATSIM .....
I would like to know if other airliner model flying under VATSIM have other planes on radar?

total a perfect aircraft...but for me ...no Tcas sound warnings also.... only the little white moving sqares..in critical approach in the air... the TRAFFIC TRAFFIC, climb climb .... is missing.

Let me ask you, why should JAR take care about the interconnection between his product and a foreign provider of a plugin ?! Maybe you should ask WorldTraffic developer about his efforts to connect between his plugin and JAR !

I flyed a lot fo hours in Vatsim with this awesome A332. With the V1 version TCAS worked perfect in Vatsim. With this V2 version dont.

It can depend on both sides JAR and VATSIM and on compatibility between their programs, but here also I think that it is not the task for JAR to test if TCAS works under VASIM.....

I suggest that we can write to the fmc from the keyboard instead of clicking with the mouse towards the letters as the flightfactor does

The ground handling does not work, it appears but does not move except the tank truck and the gpu

Go to plugin/GroundHandling/setting and activate the ground vehicles you want....

the same problem occurs when flying on IVAO.

I appreciate you've got an opinion.
But I totaly disagree.

From a Sim pilot point of view, i must say that the best experience is flying online with a good model.
I cannot say how much i like the JD models.
You bought the JAR to have a good one, but the fact still remains, that the next step is flying online...and things are then getting complicated.

From a customer point of view, i must admit that in service support is really well organized at Jardesign.
I dont know if you work with them, but i cannot understand such answers like : "this is not JD responsaibility. This is Ivao/Vatsim role to take care of their client compliance with our product"
it's like airbus said : we design an aircraft, but we dont care about regulations or safety, we remove all tcas, because ATC is the job of ATC services.
This model is kinda expensive. We all buy it for enjoying realistic experience. But nowaday, still no Wx radar compatible with Xenviro (another expensive add on) and no TCAS compatible with the both major Virtual flight organization.

To conclude, i will continue to spend money in good products in order to fly online, with accurate weather, operative Wx Radar and TCAS. Hope it will be with Jar because i know what they are able to do.

I have the xactly same problem with the pink screen when the rain effect is ON in the FMC.

Anyone solved this?

I haved this problem with the r3 version and cant repair it. With r4 version the problem go out and work perfect. I dont know where the problem was.

Reinstall it and try, or wait for the r5 version without the rain effects in the windscreen. smile

You made so many mistakes that means - you should look at some tutorials and learn how to fly this bird! It begins that you overloaded fuel so you couldn't land safe with the amount left after flight (yellow warning) and it ends with the un-managed ALT (4000ft) situation flying  over the APPR altitude (look at MCDU ALT and  the red point on PFD) - you didn't know how to managed APPR catching ILS !

First of all I doubt your statement about the position of the other aircraft !!
Second you should know better about the distances and time for TCAS to give us alert!

Hi,

Concerning Traffic/TCAS.
My issue is no audio, nor visual alert (no spot on the ND) concerning online traffic.
Appart from AI traffic, there are no spots on the ND, from closest range (RA  volume) to farther (intruder volume)
On the other hand, i see the plane and the label for online traffic, so XP11 is able to display the aircraft in accordance with data received from the network.
In my view, JD TCAS doesn't work, but it could / should. (I believe it worked before R4 release.)

Concerning Wx Radar :
as support team said it was not compatible with Xenviro. I disabled Xenviro, i flew with defaut Xp11 real weather for more than a week now.
As i approached Areas with TS, CB (as described on metars and observed on ground),
i checked 5 times i was tilt down, gain max, and of course wx radar activated > nothing, only black on the ND.
with light rain i honestly think that this weather should have been displayed as yellow/green cells.
In my view, JD wx Radar doesn't work as it should.

I am experiencing both the issues you are describing in Alex R.
However, in the JD320 TCAS does work and so does the weather radar, just seems to be an issue with this beautiful plane sad

Yesterday fliying Vatsim approaching to EGKK needed to go around due to a another traffic without any TCAS message or view in ND.
I opened a Jar ticket one week ago without any response from Jar...

Hello Jardesign-team,
first of all: X-Life works really well and with the editor it's fun to add air traffic to airports.
If I understand X-Life correctly, air traffic is only generated for airports for which metadata is available - i.e. which have a meta station.
Wouldn't it be possible to deposit a nearest metar station for an airport? Then you would also have air traffic at small airports.

are the only one in this universe who is able to fly this bird, the rest of the world are idiots.
Why don't you consider the possibility that there are still some bugs. I don't know the role you are playing.
Apparently you are somebody who lost the opportunity being objective. Please come down from your throne and
treat customers how they deserve. You are always defending JARDESIGN. Anyway you have to admit that there
are still enough bugs which have to be solved.

By the way I recommend you to take a glimpse at the commercial vendor support. I repeatedly posted my problems
I'm still suffering from.    No reaction!     Maybe you know this saying:     Ignorance is the wig of intellectual baldness!

I seems that you (and some other user) have a problem with the fact that I am simulating constantly with JAR A330 +X-Life without any serious problems! If it works on my machine, there is no reason why it should not run on yours as well. In 90% of the cases problems are owner system inherent. That has nothing to do with Ignorance. The only real ignorant is the one who don't want to  internalise this fact: JAR A330 is flying as it should...
