I don´t know if the issue actuelly report. When I change the vertical speed in selectet mode after departure the engines goes down and up and when change from Flex to CLB trust the same
Is it a XP or A320 issue?

There is a bug in the PFD, showing the compass at the bottom.
If you are >0deg, it shows negative values....
if you are at >350 deg, it shows 370 and 380 deg :-)
should be fixed..... should look like this:

Just for information, re the problem I was having with runway 23R at EGCC ( See post 170 ) I found that if I went back to nav data set 1410 that comes with the A320 the issue went away. Take off runway 23R, runway heading and then a left turn to LISTO.
However, if reloaded Navigraph nav data set 1704 the problem returned. Flight plan route behind the aircraft when lined up on 23R.
It needs someone cleverer than me to sort that out.

To avoid some newcomer questions I made a tutorial video from Cold and Dark of a short flight with JAR A320.
Although it is version r3 it is suitable for all A320 r versions:
Сегодня после взлета, во время ручного набора, директор отклонился от курса. В определенный момент вертикальная | стрелка на PFD начала уходить вбок, как бывает, когда пропускаешь точку (хотя, судя по индикации ND, я четко шел по маршруту к следующей активной точке).
Стало интересно - включил автопилот, он сразу пошел догонять убежавшую стрелку и полетел вообще в сторону от курса. Раньше это лечилось просто - принудительно задавал DIR на следующую точку, но в этот раз не помогло. Решил вернуться на курс с помощью HDG, щелкнул крутилку - и обнаружил, что все это время автопилот пытался следовать этому непонятно откуда взявшемуся курсу, накрученному на HDG. Сам я HDG совершенно точно не трогал вообще, т.к. знаю, что на земле оно не работает. До тех пор, пока я не щелкнул крутилку, она совершенно точно была неактивна ----*

Второй момент - хотел бы предложить сделать так, чтобы крутилки не воспринимали скроллинг колесом мыши вверх как нажатие. Например, я накручиваю давление, самолет трясет, курсор мыши смещается из "зоны кручения" в "зону нажатия" и я ненароком устанавливаю STD. То же самое происходит со скоростью, курсом и другими кнобами.

Nice video. I just watched the first half, and I have 2 remarks:
1) You switched on the weather radar, but you did not touch the "tilt" settings. If you do so, you won't see any weather displayed
even if there is something to display. You have to set the tilt down to compensate the climbing angle from the plane.
In cruise, you can set it to "0" or a little bit down. And yes, the tilt angle is working. And yes, the weather display is
working even in 160/320nm ranges! No display -> play with the tilt settings. Now I understand that many people claim
that the weather radar is not working.....
2) Your departure route does not work at all. On the ND, you can clearly see (during takeoff) that your route until the 1. waypoint
is completely messed up. Needs some investigation why the A320 did not pick up the correct SID. Maybe you have to enter the
correct waypoints by yourself. Maybe the FMC does not select the correct SID waypoints by its own.

to 1: indeed I forgot to set "tilt" setting. Obviously because of that I saw nothing on ND although I was flying during approach through thick storm clouds. Unfortunately on many flight with heavy clouds on approach in some cases I didn't get data on radar screen although a adjusted to "0". I am going to check it more closely....

Have a look at the approach, maybe you have some more advices...

I think you did all right while entering the SID in the FMC. It seems that this is a bug in the drawing.
That's the SID:

2) CA = Course to Altitude, 0=Turn Direction use shortest turn, 262.0=target course (magnetic), 2=Altitude "above",
1300 = altitude, rest not interesting (normal waypoint, fly-by)
3) DF=Direct to Fix, TN820=name, 59...24..=position, 1=turn left, no navaid ident, rest not interesting ((normal waypoint, fly-by)
4) TF=Track to a fix ......
5) same.
In short words:
Take off from RW 26, turn to 262 deg, altitude higher than 1300ft, go to TN820 by turn left, ......
So looks like it's a drawing problem from the ND. Regarding to the SID, you should see a course from RW26 short turn to 262 deg...

I'm dissapointed about lack of "Take-off with preset HDG" procedure. Isn't it a basic functionality for aircraft?
I've been planned to train circuit flying on A320, but this is really annoying, when you can't set heading on the ground or during take-off.
I hope this will be fixed in one of the next updates.
Meanwhile, what conditions needs to be met to make HDG knob alive?

You won't see just some clouds, you only will see "heavy weather" like storms, thunderstorms and so on.

Well, I am sorry to say..that for me the JD320 V30R6, does not seem to be very interested in staying on course. I can fly a magnetic course.
I take off and after 1500 feet I turn on the AP.. it stays on course for a bit..then just wanders off.

oops I forgot to mention.. Re: 320 VR3.0 R6... after i get moved onto the starting ramp.. I start the plane. As soon as I begin to taxi.. it flashes a warning that my flaps are not down. another little thing..the nav data.. your folder has no capitals in the test and
my Navigraph does.. how odd. I changed navigraph to match yours, no capitals.. The 330 likes to follow the course from the flight computer but the 320 doesn't.

Just updated to 3.0 r6, very pleased to see the push back bug fixed, but the ND and PFD screens are very dark (as per attached screen shot). Turned up the brightness settings (2 knobs on the left of the displays to full) but still very dark, is this a known issue or have I missed something?
Very pleased with v3 so far.

Eu tenho configurado várias câmeras na aeronave, e a cada atualização esse padrão de câmeras é perdido. Essa configuração de câmera é salva em qual arquivo? Assim eu posso fazer backup dele para não perde-lo na próxima atualização.
Sugestão:
Criar um instalador para aeronave, esse instalador poderia identificar uma versão antiga, solicitar backup de câmeras, backup de Livery e demais personalizações possíveis para que não sumisse a cada update.

Doing flight in daytime though and all looks well, so only appears to be an issue in the dark.

what about the fadec bug from the engines it´s possible to fix it it is really bad
and gives a known bug list ?
Flying without issues on 3.0 r6. Updated navdata today and started getting the SASL error. Reinstalled the plane and reactivated, but still getting the error.
