Hello, first l'd like to say THANK YOU for this nice aircraft. I came from P3D to X-Plane 11 and the P11-virus touched me.
But I don't understand the posts about the NAVDATA-UPDATE. I think, it's a little confusing. I am reading about XP11 and then I am reading to put navdata in XP10-folder. Also reading about A320 and putting navdata in A330 folder.... Is it possible to write a short tutorial about updating navdata in XP11 to use A320 and A330 with the newest navdata? Take care, Thorsten

Assuming you have access to current AIRAC from Navigraph or Aerosoft:

1. Create a folder named "GNS430" in the XP11 "Custom Data" folder
2. Download GNS430 data from Navigraph or Aerosoft and put the "navdata" folder into the "GNS430" folder you created earlier.
That's it. Both A330 and A320 will now use these data.

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 3.0r1-6 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Only problem I'm seeing are ground proximity warnings when on final and fully established on localiser and g/s.  Not sure if this is a JAR or XP11 issue.

Same here!

Can't remember when exactly, but there was brief GPWS "Terrain" warning either on departure from Edinburgh (no mountains or hills in close vicinity) or during landing in Amsterdam (completely flat terrain for miles).

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 3.0r1-6 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Could you please clarify the following Question?
Bought my A320neo for XP10 before October 2016.
What do i get, if i upgrade for $19.95?
Do i get V3 and the new Serial or just a new Serial to use V2.7 in XP11 and XP10?

Read about this Question on many Posts here in the Forum and on your Website.
Unfortunately i could not exactly identify, what i get.

Would you please give me an Answer, that i really understand? Thank you.

X-Plane since V10

Further to the previous message about no status info in upper ecam, there is also no status in ADIRS or VHF control panel to left and right of throttle quadrant

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 3.0r1-6 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Hi everybody,

first of all, I'm a total Noob to flight simming.
I had several problems, where the auto pilot seemed to disengage randomly. So I thought, maybe my flight plan wasn't good enough, as I just imported it from EfassNG with no restrictions and VNAV info.
I started to hack in the waypoints myself, so the fmc can calculate a vertical profile for my flight.
After adding the waypoints and the SID, I needed to get rid of that discontinouity between SID and my first "real" waypoint.
After clicking "CLR" and the corresponding line in the flight plan, I got SASL error and the fmc crashed.

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 3.0r1-6 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

Great update, but i must report that the aircraft simply won't climb as planned on the MCDU! Altitude is set on the FCU, and the alt button/knob is pushed, but it won't climb, ever. I have to manually set the climb rate to 2000 fpm. No problems whatsoever for the descent, though. It descends just like the real bird.
Also, whenever i takeoff with TOGA thrust, it does not let me retard the throttle back to climb, it remains at TOGA, and after this point, even if i disable the A/T, the bird won't ever fly like i want it to. To fix this, i always take off in Flex mode, even at dangerously short runways. One more thing: I can't set the autobrakes to MAX when landing at, say, SBRJ (which has REALLY shot runway).

That's all i have to report for now, looking forward to making this bird as real as is gets. Good job improving and updating, JAR!

**EDIT: Just noticed that night lights in the cockpit are now worknig for the PFD and MFD. Their brightness fades out dramatically during night time

In replay mode flight controls seems to either counteract the aircraft motion or work opposite way than supposed to.

I'm having an issue with AP and SASL. How do I post my log file?

Ok - I just did it!

So the problem is that I get an on screen SASL error message at the beginning of the flight and the autopilot goes crazy. Hoping you can help.
