To install the bss sound packed If understand correctly you have to remove the "sound3d" (backup it First) folder from A320/plugins/. Then put the "sound3d-1" from the bss soundpackage into the A320/Plugins folder and after that rename it to "sound3d".

This is slightly confusing. It means that the BSS install instructions are wrong!?!
I'm trusting JAR on this so I'll try it this way...
Wow

BSS instruction was done on beta stage (too early).

I see. Thanks. They might want to update the instructions.
I'm sure it's confusing a lot of people

Did another flight (EDDM-EGLL) just now. Interestingly, the DES and OP DES now worked correctly. No idea what I did wrong yesterday...

I did notice, however, that the speed brakes do not deploy on the aircraft, i.e. not visually, when looking outside to the wings. The lever deploys in the cockpit and the message "spoilers full" comes on when deploying. I am also not sure if there is an actual effect on the aircraft performance, as in descent with N1 at 20.0%, speed does not decrease when speed brakes are fully deployed...
Has anyone seen this, too?

All in all, though, the A320 and the A330 are my favorite aircraft, hands down.

I didn't know that. It's perfect for the glass effect. For me I would like even a little more effect on the PFD and ND but that's personal gust.

But I notice that the two ECAM brightness knobs are inoperating. That's sad.

thanks for all

If so, please download this file and put it to /Custom Avionics/ folder instead of old file.

Good evening Mr Romanov

Thanks a lot for all your advices. It's work perfectly for BSS, lightings knobs and so on... smile Perfect

If you can, in a next updates it would be great a little more glass effect on the ND and PFD.

Thanks again

How do I install BSS IAE V2500 v3.0? There is no sound3d-2 folder with the engines folder inside for the Jar A320 v2.7.

Hi,

Some requests if possible :

-NAV logos switches : isn't a two position switch ?
-would it be possible to have a range from 160 NM to 320 NM ?
-magenta indication of T.O and landing Inhibit on the ECAM like on the A330
-also possibility to have the same radio panel that on the A330 with interactivity with ground and flight attendant
-if possible 3 digits after the . on radio management panel
Thanks a lot

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 2.7r1 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 10)

I'm guessing this is not a bug, but still has not been implemented yet.
The A320 increases thrust while in FLARE mode with the A/T active for landing, to compensate for the increase in AOA, which makes it float rather than maintain a smooth descent.
In reality the thrust should not increase at 50 feet while you start the flare.
The A330 has this feature correctly modeled, so any chance of having this in the next release? smile

Hello Mr. Romanov, I have been watching for some time but never really found time to report about it:
At the airport Salzburg LOWS (regardless of pay or freeware) and only with their aircraft A320 + A330 all versions.
With B777,B767 no Problem!
And indeed, a cut edge of two tiles goes through the airport you go over here spins everything:
In the PFD Display: A.Floor in green
Engines on max no longer controllable, etc helps only finish!

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 2.7r1 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 10)

After several night flights I noticed that (for me) FCU with digits (included baro set digits) lack a little from brightness.

The same (in the glass effect option) for the both ECAM

Is it possible thanks to knobs to get them brighter ?

Thanks a lot for all incoming updates

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 2.7r1 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 10)

The other day I wrote a note on this board regarding the cockpit colors of the updated A320 NEO (ver2.7 r3). I am writing today to acknowledge that I was mistaken in not remembering how the MCDU "dark/light" cockpit settings worked. I rediscovered that today and apologize for mistaking the light blue color as a "new feature". It isn't.

However part of my comment was in regard to the contrast or sharpness of the instrument displays in the new version. I am attaching a screenshot of each version to show what I mean. The version identified as JAR B2 7 B3 is the new updated A320. Please notice how much sharper and detailed the earlier model is, particularly in the instrument and dial displays. Both images were taken with no manipulation of the colors or lighting, just opening the model and selecting "quickstart" to illuminate the instruments.

As mentioned earlier, I do like the new "scrollwheel" dial manipulation feature of this new version. If you can revert to the earlier cockpit appearance I would prefer that. This is a case of, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Also, I retested the performance of both versions and found no errors at all. Both perform properly and accurately. Any irregularities found earlier were due to my error.

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 2.7r1 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 10)

I am using the BSS Sound Kit with the A320 NEO v2.7 b3. I am not able to raise or lower the volume of any sounds separately, either by using the Plugin Sounds 3D panels or the MCDU Sounds panel. All I can do to adjust sound levels is raise or lower my Mac volume. Is this caused by a faulty installation of the sound files or is there an issue regarding this version of the A320?

First test flight with the newest v.2.7r1 EDDF - LOWI without any occurrence. now the A320 fly very smooth at high level and 45kt side winds. Aircraft swinging seems to be over! I have to made some additional flight to assert that we are getting closer to have the perfect and best airliner model of X-Plane.

Great job JAR

Re: a320neo JARDesign ver 2.7r1 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 10)

Hi Mr Romanov.

First, Thank you very much for the fantastic work you've done on this A320 and the others products.

Just a Problem i have often with the flightplan; after some waypoints on the FMC, wich pass white during the travel,  all waypoints become green and on  the plane doesn't follow the flightplan and stop on a DECEL or TD waypoints.
I try to tell the plane to follow the next waypoint by the DIR function, but it doesn't work anymore.(there is no waypoints list at DIR option.)
I join some screenshots forexplain it.
Thanks for your help (Excuses me for my bad english.)
