I'm running Windows 7x64. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with new downloads from here and the org. The only buttons that are working are battery 1 and battery 2 and the external power buttons A and B. The APU master and start, the APU bleed, packs, generators do not work.
I have a strange issue. Just updated the latest xplane beta and the new a330. All JAR ac, including the new 330 only start engine two on a HotStart. (haven't tried starting cold and dark which I will now).
At any rate, here are my logs

Well, the above post...problem with engine one in cold start too...just will not spinn up to max and start. Small spin up and thats it! That log above good and new bb posted here

I find that with using hot start all of the buttons work. Otherwise, no luck.

Unbelievable.I have got win10 and it is impossible to fly.Most of bottons are not working(such as speed,haeading,pressure etc).I even do not have A330 JAR in plugins window.It is a really so pity.Who can help?It was a really GREAT plane until I have updated my WIN and version to 1.3 r1

I just observed that with XP10.50 beta 6, the green shapes showing rain on the weather radar are placed on the wrong distance on the Navigation Display. I'm not sure about the size of the shapes but the distance is wrong.
In my example (see below): On the weather map of X-Plane the bad weather is around 40 miles from the aircraft and on the navigation Display it will show it at around 10 miles (!).
I've just tried it, and could not confirm it.
XP10.50b6 + A330 1.3B1(=r1):

Just tried W10 + A3301.3b1(=r1) + XP10.50b6 and it is fully working.
No problem. All buttons are ok and clickable.
I would suggest that you uninstall A330 1.3r1 and install A330 1.3b1. Should be the same, but it's worth
a try.

You use Windows 10. In this case, please install "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010" pack

It use latest version of SASL base plugin and should work (I have) with 10.50 betas.

Thanks! That's really weird. How is it possible? I have to say that i never had that problem with the 1.3B1-version, but it was on XP 10.45. The problem happend with XP 10.50beta6 and A330 1.3r1...

J.A., Just tried the new download. No joy. The buttons are still unresponsive. We appreciate your efforts. There is a conflict somewhere. If you've been in the X-Plane world for any length of time, you know that beta versions go this way. Not anything to get excited about. I'm sure you'll work it out in due time.

UPDATED TO R2..and no change. Engine 2 starts no problem, engine one impossible..tried both cold and hot start. I attached NEW logs

About trim.. You should not trim this airbus manually

Thanks for your response but Eugeny it´s the automatic trim when I program FMC with flaps and trim. I have not the animation of trimming and after in take off the system says me that aircraft is not trimmed.
I have reinstalled the aircraft in two times, and without any plugin.

Any method to reset fmc after finishing a flight and want start again other new flight? All system has memorized the last flight.
SOLVED. Something has saved by gizmo, I read problems with it and ixeg and others aircrafts and we must install the last version of gizmo. Done it and solved my problem with the trim.
I reverted back to 10.45 and did a reinstall of the A330. The condition remains the same. I checked and the same thing happens with the A320. Battery buttons, external power buttons work but no other buttons are operational. I'm attaching my log.txt file, perhaps that might be of help.

....it was my stupid fault 
On my TQ, I noticed in settings, my engine start lever was somehow programmed to do something else instead of nothing (since I have no idea what that data input setting is). Somehow, in the beta update of xplane, this setting was changed.
HOW DID I FIND OUT...well, I read in another forum a way to set that lever on my TQ in the settings, so I went there and low and behold, that lever was already set to transfer fuel to another area while diverting fuel from engine one, to engine two! I then changed it back to do NOTHING! So, it was quite by accident that I found out the solution!
Nevertheless, this setting does not work as described. But I am thankful to that writer for helping me find the mistake

I deleted historic troublesome plugins to see if there were a conflict to no avail...
Here are some photos of systems. As you can see, engine 1 not responding.
When I shut off engine 1 start switch, 
the N3 goes crazy! Outside, the engine is spinning as if it is in idle mode, when in fact, nothing's happening

I have no idea why, but all of a sudden my problem with the buttons is solved. If I turn the battery buttons on and off everything else then works. Very strange. J.A. thanks for your help.

The reason may be an affect of some another installed plugin. There is simple solution in this case. You need just delete another plugins for time. I should note what deactivate plugins via Menu/Plugins/Plugin Admin is not a way, cause most of plugins continue working in this case. Better - use a way below. Sure, if you need help with this, you may contact me direct with skype j.a.romanov
How to get "clean" plugins folder to avoid addon conflict:
- Copy your ../X-Plane/Resources/Plugins folder to some place at your computer (just for reserve)
- Delete ../X-Plane/Resources/Plugins folder at all
- run X-Plane Installer and let him update you X-Plane
- now you have "clean" plugins folder
Run your addon and check if problem happen in this configuration.
If problem not happen more, you may return plugin back one-by-one to determinate what of them was a real problem.
Another way - check (deattach) all your hardware like joystick, panels, etc
