Need some more details. Log.txt may help a lot.

Hmm.. Please send to www.support.jardesign.org (attach there) a Log.txt file from X-Plane folder saved just after start X-Plane and load aircraft - I will check and inform you.

It's decided! I just deleted the ".key" files and activated license key again. Rebooted. That's it, the plane is activated.
