After long beta-test period and release ox X-Life we back to aircrafts right now..

1.WHAT NEW?

+ FlightPlan strunning fixed
+ AirFMC issue fixed (pls. reinstall it plugin)
+ track lost after apply DIRTO fixed
+ improve blackbox info functions
+ minor bugs fixed

2. HOW TO INSTALL

- be sure, that you use X-Plane 10.42-10.45 (64 bit only, MAC 10.9-10.11 or Windows 7-10)
- copy unziped “320neo_JARDesign” folder to ..\X-Plane 10\Aircraft\ folder
(be sure, what you are not use nonEnglish symbols in aircraft installation path)
- start X-Plane 64 bit and open a320, activation window is going to show up
- enter your serial key (Regcode), click NEXT and after a successful activation reopen aircraft via X-Plane menu
- activation works well with both MAC/WIN 64 bit

!!! To update r1 -> r2 need replace only One file:
../X-PLANE 10/Aircraft/320neo_JARDesign/Custom Avionics/sys_mcdu/mcdu_fpln.sec and mcdu_acstat.sec

3 UPDATE YOU NAV DATA WITH FRESH CYCLE (if needed)

v.2.6 use NavData from
../X-PLANE 10/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder
if not find there – will try to read it from
..X:/X-PLANE 10/Resources/GNS430/navdata/
If you need update your cycle, please use Aerosoft/Navigraph
- “a320/330 Native format” or (the same in fact)
- “XPLANE_GNS430_777WORLDLINER_FF757PROF_NATIVE”
and put new cycle to ..X-PLANE 10/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder

Sorry, yes, was an install issue. Works perfectly! Enroute now EGCC to EGLL. Love it!

Completed short test flight EGCCEGLL. All went well. The A320neo is awesome!
A few observations:
1) AirFMC now works perfectly!
2) There is still a discrepancy between METAR feed in the airplane and ATIS in XL.
3) When needing to turn sharp right to line up with ILS the plane tries to turn left (see screen shot)
4) The ND doesn't have the flight plan line straight up when there is side wind
5) After parking at gate the GPU cannot be summoned (maybe I missed something there but I couldn't get it to show up)

Thanks again for the update to a fantastic airplane!

1.В релизе 2.6 r1 не работает автозапуск (иногда лень выполнять все процедуры), хотя в бета версии работал.
2.Уже которую версию не работает масштаб 320 , переключатель невозможно перевести в это положение.

Отличный самолет, но возвращаюсь на бетту.

My observations.

1) 320NM range position by knob on pilot instrument panel not working.

2) Engine start-up at 5.4% of N2 (must be higher than 22%)

3) checked and confirm issue from laohu314 at post #6 -

"3) When needing to turn sharp right to line up with ILS the plane tries to turn left (see screen shot)" - same at UKDD departure from rwy 08 - instead of turn to the right, aircraft turn to the left and loss flight track, but after redirecting at HDG plane catch flight track again and fly fully normally.

4) Flaps extend issue at APPR.PHASE ILS landing.

5) FBW working perfectly! Amazing skills for hand-flying )

Thanks, great improvement, some remaining Bugs:

- turning Gen1 and Gen2 off activates RAT correctly (great Display with it dropped out from the outside), but too much is still on in the Cockpit - several Displays should be off until APU is turned on or Gen1 / gen 2 are back

- Engines still do not start with Fuels pumps off, in reality they do just fine

- When entering a LAT REV - NEW DEST Airport through LSB or a waypoint, the new Airport as a Destination is not correctlz loaded - it destroys the flightplan, ony the new Airport is shown, but the Runways are the ones from the old Airport and a "file not found" error is displayed at the last line in the MCDU. (Example was LEBL to EDDH and chaning to LSGB Airport as dest manualy at MOBLO

New 2.6.1 looks fine, but:
- Engine covers, chocks and traffic connes are not removed (Shift + 1 view)
- display for QNH shows permanently 0000, altimeter and PFD are OK
- cannot fill From/To, reports that airport is not in database

The JarDesign a320 certainly is a great airplane, and it keeps getting better.

However, some minor flaws that I noticed:

-the chronometer in the lower left corner of the navigation display should be controlled by the CHRONO pushbotton on the glareshield. Moreover, when it reaches 1 hour, it should not reset (as I just experienced on a flight) but should change its indication to hours and minutes.

-the ECAM electrical page shows 0% on both generators during flight! So does the APU generator, when the APU is running.

-when changing from NAV mode to HDG mode, the original flight plan should be represented by a dashed green curve.

-during taxi, the pfd shows 250 in magenta on top of the speed tape where it should show the V2 speed.

-when doing the landing checklist the F/O often says "it is not no blue" even though there are no blue ECAM actions left (spoilers armed, flaps and gear extended, cabin signs on).

-No magenta "T O INHIBIT" or "LDG INHIBIT" on engine warning display during take-off/landing.

A wish for the future: the possibility to operate the two thrust levers independently, and the possibility of systems failures with real ECAM-actions to be performed. That would be really great!

be nice to have runway call outs when you enter or exit one like aerosoft. Also be nice to have a separate knob for the wx and terrain on the ND like aerosoft.

Hi all:

Great improvements but I have these observations:

- FMC has the same issue on A330: when I select a point (fix, vor) and then goes to the next page where you enter airway and next waypoint, the FMC is not allowing nor recognizing those points.

- I was flying to an ILS approach 13R; but the ATC told me to change the approach to the 13L runway, then I selected the other ILS approach but suddenly the F-PLN page went black and I could not continue with that approach.

- Is not possible to add a new fix point to the FMC due traffic as directed by the ATC. For me is a sensitive issue because is not the same flying by heading than flying using the FMC

I hope you can correct those errors.

Hello JAR,

I would first like to thank the JAR team for this wonderful aircraft. It has been a pleasure flying the a320 in xplane. I only see one crucial bug. It happens during second leg, the auto brakes are not able to push. I also would like to see Emergency Situations!

Great update! FBW is better than ever,
small bug..when replay mode, speed brake doesn't deploy on landing.

btw, SMP 3.1(new one) works good with all other JAR creations I had taken it out for the last few months and just used xplane default clouds w rth and some other texture files which actually are not that bad! But since I paid long time ago for SMP, I figured I may as well try the new one

Hi. I have observed a slight issue when at night.

At night, it is impossible to see the OH panel, even when the GPU is connected. So to get started I would set the sim (Xplane) to night-vision mode, turn on the GPU power and then the batteries. All of the OH buttons and screens are showing ok (in night vision mode). As soon as I turn night-vision mode off, none of the buttons, dials, screens show their illumination.

For now, I have to turn the sims clock back/forward to daylight, then start the preps, then put the sim back to actual time (if flying at night). Not a major inconvenience I agree, but it didn't happen before

I love this aircraft and salute you for the genius work that has gone in to making this an absolute pleasure to fly

I'm on a MAC with El Capitan 10.11.5 with X-Plane 10.45r2 Logitech Extreme 3DPRO joystick.
