Try doing like me. Disable FS GRW (take it out of the plugin folder) and enable X-Plane real weather. See how it works.
BTW, I cannot recognize anything on you images (too small). Next time send the of respective part....

I just tried the Real Weather plug in NOAA weather and it does not allow the X-Life plugin to load the Real weather, instead it loads the 'set weather uniformly over the world' so, there is a conflict in the latest update of NOAA weather. As, for the other weather generators i can not tell you since, i have not tried them.

Oh, Thank-you Now I know how to use the NOAA weather So,

1) when you start X-Life with the NOAA Real Weather or another Real Weather plugin running you will be asked to start X-Life a second time. so, click on the start button two times but only after prompted too.

2) let X-Life continue to load and then you can continue to set-up X-Plane and X-Life.

Logs and OSX crash reports where filed at posting! No logs posted for successful flights, because - not useful.

How do I say this one I am sorry I did not see the first post because, ilankrt had posted such long posts and yet if you look at his posts only after I complained did he post log.txt.

Two, by you posting the extra posts it only made thing confusing and this is why I had my attitude as far as lighting up, well some people listen and some people just don't want to and this again is a Beta testing Group it is not what you or I want done it is what the developer want's done and I am like a watch dog to make sure JAR development Group get good data so this X-Life App can be a good app and not one that people complain about that it does not work.

Third,How do you think this happens, Oh, by good data and a good original  Beta Team that I have been working with and now there are some new members that are Public Beta tester that do not do what is asked of them and it makes the job of collecting data just that much harder because, they do not or will not follow directions. 

Finally, The original Beta team has worked Very Hard over eighteen months on this project to make it one of the best plugins in X-Plane and I am not going to let anyone railroad the project just because, of  not sending data or two just wanting to blog instead of really testing the project.

So the screen shot is just an example of the post that has no log.txt that caused the issue.

Ok, I analyse logs and .dmp files from your and my CTDs, 2 issue was find in my code, fix it now. Also just fix a bug when pilot report runway vacation, but get message what RW not vacated (also was my bug with logic). As result - beta 8 with bug-fixing only. To update from beta 6,7 - need install .xpl files only. Thanks all for reports!

Flight from EDDM to LOWS.
Cleared for ILS approach to LOWS RWY 33.  RWY 33 is RNAV per charts.  Only RWY 15 has ILS at LOWS per charts.

ATC said to descend to FL 39. Pilot response  descending to FL70.

i think there is a bug in 1.1b8

flying from LSZH to EDDF - ATC forced me to land on rwy 36, but rwy is not allowed to land (see EDDF.txt and charts)

So I work on add ability to request another runway for departure from Delivery. So I really dont know 2 point.

1.Do I need offer to select all Runway for request (all what marked for departure, like at screenshot) OR only Runways in use now (from ATIS info)

2.If ATC decision is negative - is this ATC answer is correct?
