Hello everyone!
I seem to have this problem as well. I indeed installed this latest version but still had an issue. Along with the many updated files, in trial and error. Sadly, it still does not work for me.

Every time I get something like this:

I'm wondering if you've already figured out where the difference is between the A330, which works normally for me, and the A320, where after landing the engine power increases and it can no longer be put in the desired position. Today, despite knowing I wouldn’t make it again, I made another short flight with an ILS landing. I recorded the landing - a screenshot as I saw it. After landing, the engine power increased again and could no longer be adjusted. The clip is at:

However, when I played with the spoilers and voice command yesterday, I found that the co-pilot was working properly, but the spoilers did not move to the position confirmed by the co-pilot and indicated by hand. Clearly, my configuration and joystick and Vulkan use are the same in both cases.

As I see - you just trying to turn ON reverser and next - set full throttle (I am not get Log and can't say exactly). But reverser was not activated. You may check how reverser activation work (make short rejected takeoff) or we can check this together via Skype j.a.romanov

How can I most simply tell you.
After tuch down I turn on the reverser, I get the reverse green answer, but then the A320 turns on the maximum power, then it becomes impossible to reduce this power with the joystick, it always returns to the maximum position - in short, the power command becomes unresponsive.
As you suggested I have now tested the rejected takeoff but it works normally, it works great.
With the A330, ZIBO 737 with the same computer configuration everything works normally

This listed in the A320 "!!! Installation" file just doesn't work. Unable to turn ON in MCDU -> SETTINGS:
"-If you use TCA Quadrant - please open X-Plane Settings -> Joystick and assign command jd -" TCA_MasterSwitch1ON "on your Master Switch 1 ON position. Next - Open MCDU MENU -> SETTINGS -> Page 2 and set ON your TCA option. Next - you can deassign "TCA_MasterSwitch1ON" command if need ".

I use a TCA Capitan Pack Airbus Edition.
I in macOSX 12.0.1 Monterey

Also in the Log.txt file, of X-Plane 11.55r2, a multitude of 320_JARDesign errors. Multiple sounds that cannot be found or cannot be played. Attached Log.txt file.

I see many error generated by SASL base plugin and chained with OpenAL sound engine. First of all - please redownload and reinstall aircraft (please not install any mods this time) and check. If no luck - we can check this issue online via Skype j.a.romanov

This is the Log.txt file in X-Plane 11.55r2 with the default planes, airports and plugins. Except 320_JARDesign, downloaded, installed and activated again.

I still can't turn ON the TCA Quadrant option in MCDU MENU -> SETTINGS -> Page 2.

There are still many sounds that do not exist in the "320_JARDesign / plugins / sound1d /" directory.

Bought yesterday the JARDesign A320. I shouldn't have done this. Shame about the money.

Version 3.6/3.7 doesn't load on XP 11.55, it hangs on "Preparing world". (It seams to be a failure in FMPS-Folder)

Version 3.8 changed the FMPS, but now the Autopilot doesn't work at all - I've documented this here: https://youtu.be/va-HP3QuRbk. The MCDU is programmed correctly. I'm not a sim newbie.

I'm very disappointed! Please fix the bugs as soon as possible! (Like also the other ones, which I read here ...).

Zibo 737 is freeware, but another level of quality!

As I see - Flight Directors just not work (indicated, but stay in center). There is a big chance what it is some special problem on your side, cause most users have not this problem. The reason may be:

1. An affect of some another installed plugin. There is simple solution in this case to check - load Cessna 172, open X-Plane Menu->Plugins->Plugin Admin to disable ALL plugins, next - load JD320. If issue gone - one of your plugin conflict with Airbus FMGS.

2. Problem may come from hardware, from your joystick. Please check - if some of your joystick switch assigned to "Avionics OFF/ON" - it should be stay in ON position when you run JD320.

3. Something wrong in settings. To check this faster - please find "Output" folder inside your X-Plane folder and rename it to "OutputOld". Next - run X-Plane. In this case X-Plane will create new and clean "Output" folder with clean settings. Please calibrate your joysticks and check JD320 autopilot. If issue gone - some settings was a reason.

4. Please check what you can operate aircraft with disconnected joysticks and mouse only (without any special plugins!!!). Try default Cessna 172 for example. If you can not operate aircraft with mouse (without additional plugins) - something wrong with your settings and you need follow point 3.

If no luck - Seems like it's some sort of personal issue. Sure, you can contact me via skype j.a.romanov for direct help - we will check this issue online. You may call anytime when my skype label is green.

Thanks for the detailed ideas, but nothing of that is helping in that.

Disabling all plugins doesn't help, it's no joystick problem, because I'm flying with mouse (in video that is with Plugin "BetterMouseYoke", but I've also tried with original mouse filed von XP - no change. But killing Output-folder helps: Now it worked for me. So I will searching the failure step by step ...

Hello, I downloaded the last version (3.8), impossible for me to open A320 flight with xplane 11.55r2, xplane crash when the aircraft charge, SASL problem in my log txt. A320 charge in the first time, after SASL plugin crash xplane when I reload the plane, same thing with basic scenes
Mac OS catalina (I followed your procedure about xpl file)

i moved to a new system an Installed the A320 Jardesign.
In the "read me installation" you write that I also install the Ground Handling plugin.
I did this.
In XP11 the plugin "Ground Handling plugin" is not activated.
Whre I get the activation key for the plugin ?

The possibilty to make ADJUST with the TCA quadran ZONE  is NEEDED.  all TCA have different zone. and mine go to reverse if i set it to IDLE.
But this is only a probl with YOUR PLANE because it switch off all the setting curve for the TCA QUADRAN. Why X-plane make curve if YOU REMOVE THEM?
WHERE ARE the left items on the screenshot in the "new" bad 3.8 version???? ???? ???  fuel, push, doors....

JD320/330/340 use default X-Plane curve for TCA what was created by LR. This is why you read about "reset to  default" in manual of TCA setup for this aircraft. Exactly to use LR original curves.

Another info about aircraft operation or FMGS operations covered by original FCOM and FMGS Thales Guide what exist in the internet or this board.

Now - I want to understand - why this happen what you are missed all this info from "HowTo" file in your ZIP pack?

Also - "!!! WhatNew.txt" is already in your pack and it is possible to read version history and know what old version you need exactly. Sure - I can give a link. Please let me know.

Why is the parameter "SETTINGS.FMGS.TcaOn = -1.000000", in the _save.txt file, is -1 (minus one)?
There is no way to turn that parameter ON in MCDU MENU -> SETTINGS -> Page 2, as indicated in the file "!!! Installation.txt"

There is no way to turn that parameter ON in MCDU MENU -> SETTINGS -> Page 2, as indicated in the file "!!! Installation.txt"

Hmm! Not good. I just reupload original ZIP to http://jardesign.org/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=33654 to be sure.

About pdf in ZIP manual.. Youtube videos covered specific things (for actual version) well - all things what started from MCDU MENU usage. About whole aircraft usage - FCOM and FMGS manual - best things what you can use. Anyway - as described at at product page http://jardesign.org/a320/ - this JD320 is aimed at advanced X-Plane users, who are familiar with the principles and logic of real 320.

!!! WhatNew.txt described versions from 3.6 to 3.8 (actual) and I am not sure what understand that "OOPS  & lol"

That's the first thing I did: I assigned command jd /" TCA_MasterSwitch1ON "on Master Switch 1 ON position.

I have never been able to turn ON: "MCDU MENU -> SETTINGS -> Page 2 and set ON your TCA option"

English is not my native language and I do not have the level to carry on a conversation on Skype.

Sad about Skype, but anyway - to support this issue - need to read Log.txt file saved just after you try "Set TCA On". Sure, you may attach it here or send it to the Skype chat. Skype chat is preferable, cause this board is a public place and anyone may get some information about your computer from Log.txt file.
