Topic: A few issues

Hi Mr. Romanov! Thanks to JarDesign team for this nice addon I bought a few days ago. It works almost fine on my sim (latest 3.43.7 Zibo mod and XP 11.41) except for a few bugs I'm experiencing. I don't know how but it interacts a bit heavily on the aircraft systems: for example, it does not allow total freedom to act on some instruments allowing only Linda to press some buttons and only rigidly according to the sequence of procedures. Furthermore, both the Avitab tablet and the FMC switches often get stuck and do not accept the inputs I select. Only after many, too many attempts - randomly as it seems to me - the input is accepted allowing to continue in the aircraft settings. In short, Linda has finally populated the loneliness of the flightdeck and gives a lot of fun to work with her but if the few bugs it causes could be fixed then this addon would be perfect. Thanks again.

EDIT: for further informations I've experienced that I can get rid off the fmc switches to get stuck if I make the same selection in the FO fmc and/or the FO Avitab tablet instead of the captain ones, then the aircraft accepts the inputs.

Good evening. So the solution to this problem for me. When you hide that commands widget, the clicking area is covering those buttons on FMC or Avitab. Just before you hide that commands widget, move it far away from buttons. Here is what i mean.

Wow! You are right, sir. This seems to solve the problem. I don't know if the Jardesign team could fix it by re-coding so the clickable area does not affect the mouse choices when the command widget is in "hide" mode. But if it is possible I think they should do it since the show/hide option is activated through a keyboard command anyway. In fact I hadn't really thought that this could've been the problem since I was working with the hidden widget. In any case thank you so much for the intuition and the suggestion. Happy skies
