thomas_99 the setting you are running what are they send screen-shots so I can give you a better answer for this It is probably the settings of destiny of aircraft or the gates is to high
and abort is a Go-around because, the air-trafic is set too high.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the answer. I'm using the standard settings, I've never changed them.
As you mentioned it, yes, I saw a GoAround some time before, there were 2 planes trying to land
with a very short distance. The 2. Plane did a GoAround. Maybe that's the problem....

Good so, the first line where the box is you should have a # of 75 / 150 this will populate your airport and radar .
Air Trafic Density set to 75- 150.
airport gate; 85 %
Runway ops 1.5 min...
so these setting should be made before, you start the X-Life traffic then you will populate the aircraft faster ...
hope this works you can just down or up from here this just gives a base line to work off of.

We get a lot of CTD reports and rework some logic, based on this info. Thanks a lot! So.. this is hotfix 4. Also, we add Mykonos and Keflavik airports data to server and MAP. You can use them as approved.

You are wrong, XL may work with any airport what have Custom-build .dat & .txt files in /Airports/ folder

Test flight beta v.8 fix 3
Yesterday I made another short flight test from LOWW to LOWI.
The LOWW scenery is very active, ATC is working well and correct and the FollowMe car assisted me to the runway as needed.
Although many aircraft on taxi ways and holding short, there was no conflict or kind of collision.
As in other flight tests the "Achilles' heel" of this AI software is the ATC approach plan and guidance. It is often not correct, guiding to runways without ILS but declaring them as such, and as a result giving wrong advices that make no sense. The approach to LOWI was such a one.
1. After "ready for descend, I got order to descent FL90, expect RAST4A, RWY 08. Looking at the wind condition RWY 08 choose was correct, but it has no ILS capacity!
2. Contact Innsbruck approach, receiving order to descent FL120 on ILS approach
3 Then next order descent 3000 feet at transition level FL110. This brought me to fly into the surrounding mountains and crash.. I had to intervene (AP off) and fly from now on manually, while ATC keep going on with announcements like "Cleared for ILS approach RWY 08, report established...
4 For some reason the LOWI airport has none aircraft movements on taxiway or approach. It is a small airport with only few parking lots. Maybe this is the reason?
5 Frame rate was during take-off and cruising stable at 24fps (with record software active). During the approach weather changed (clouds and rain) and the frame rate sank to 9-10fps. Sometimes METAR actualize during approach causes increase of frame rates up to 22fps. Trying to actualize frame rates during cruise can cause the A330 to dive vertically with total lost......
It must be surely a peace of work to program and fine tune the Approach, but I think that this is the most necessary challenging thing that must be done....
All in all, I had the feeling that the last version was more stable and accurate (at least at LOWW).

Hi Guys,
and thank you for this fantastic plug in.
I've already found out minor issues with custom routes. I also have noticed that the ATC often instruct you to TO to a Runway that is not compatible with the aircraft you're flying. I think that the ATC does not consider the aircraft asking for clearance.
It would be nice and more realistic to implement this feature.

Got an error with X-Life trying to load an airplane no doubt for its AI traffic. I've reproduced it below:

To my questions above, I would like to add one:
• will it be one day possible, to move the ATC-window? Because now, fixed as it is, you're coming in trouble with some 2D-Cockpits, e.g. the TriStar. Or with the side-menu of the 777. So I had ti change my keyboard-bindings, to load the plane with fuel and pax.
At this moment, I can say, this plugin is interesting, but I'm not as enthusiastic as some other.... The plug-in of ntnll is far more ahead, and he's doing it in his spare time. But a good crossover from center to center, and so on. Would like to see a combination of them both.
Will be interesting challenge the next days. At the moment, for ATC, nntll is my favourite...

Good flight from EDDM to LFMN in JAR A320. Same flight CTD during descent earlier today with Hotfix 3. Crash log did not say 'crashed due to plugin X-life' so I assumed it was just an X-plane crash. BUT - exactly same flight worked with Hotfix 4 tonight. So maybe some of the CTDs that we think are just X-plane crashes are also due to X-Life. Is that possible?
Anyway, two minor things. First, at EDDM RWY 26R a plane in front of me crossed the hold line and then waited for a landing aircraft (his text description was red). Once the landing aircraft cleared the runway, I was instructed to line up and wait even though there was an aircraft in front of me holding short. I just drove through him and took off.
Rest of flight perfect. Ground instructions at LFMN were strange. It had lots of funny letters like @- ¬ . Problem with the .dat file? It was the default one that comes with X-life.
Good work so far with the debugging. It is working pretty well for me and is excellent for a pre-release beta.

Many planes don't have wheels.
Some planes go to a start of a runway, accelerate, then, they turn for take a out or a cross runway.

Using hot fix 4. Went to LOWI and started plugin. You can see double up of aircraft in same position.

For me, still unusable. Crash nr.5 and nr.6. Crash nr.5 just after take-off and crash nr.6 on the ramp during start the engines.
