Here's a re-upload of the KPDX.txt file.  It seems that some of my last changes didn't save properly.  I deleted the file and re-saved.  Hopefully it works this time!

Do both text and dat go into the x-life airport folder?

yes.  the KPDX.dat file contain the taxi-route description.  This was created using WED.  The KPDX.txt file contains the type and size restrictions of each gate / stand.  This was created using the in-sim gate editor.
