QCatering
Qantas Neoplan
Qantas Service van
Qantas logo GPU
AirServices Stairs (AirServices don't really do airport equipment, but is a good generic brand)
Qld (Queensland) Ambulance

Just unzip and load into your Plugin/GndHandling/livery folder

British Airways is now up but I doubt Emirates in the near future.
