You need manually put files to FMCar and/or X-Life folders with owerwrite.
Also, a real frequencies of airport are included to KMCO.txt

Static aircraft in the scenery:
Don't need 'no static scenery', just turn off the 'draw parked aircraft' option in X-Plane 11.
