Activation Issue macOS Sonoma - A340

Hello,
I have just bought the A340 on the X-Plane Store, I put the file in my Aircraft Folder, start the game, and do as described in the manual about the "mac.xpl". I reload the plane and the nose wheel collapses on the ground, and the aircraft bounces in the air until it crashes.

**UPDATE** I have disbaled all my plugin, I've entered my serial and now I have this popup, but still can't load the aircraft properly

Do you have any solution ?
