Topic: Last Updated Version Confirmation

I was recently prompted through XP11 to update the tool to v171221, a lower version number from what I had previously installed which was 261121.  Please confirm if that is correct.  I thought generally software version numbers went up with each update.  Do I still need to apply the hotfix for the Toliss or is it included in v171221?

The version number is the date in the format used in Russia. The first two digits are the date, the next two are the month, the last two are the year. This means that version 171221 is newer than 261121.

Ah!  That makes sense.  I didn't realize it was a date.  We too, in Canada, sometimes use the same date format DDMMYYYY.  Thank you for confirming.  smile
