new user, 1st purchase

Hello this is my 1st purchase of the Co-Pilot plugin. 
For the Toliss A321. Can the developer,  or someone with the knowledge
Help me edit the procedure codes for a couple steps.
In particular I'm wanting the Transponder to stay on TA/RA And not be turned to stby when using the after land procedures.
I fly online and when you taxi you must still have the transponder on and sometimes it needs to be altitude reporting depending on which airport, eg. KSFO is like that. So keeping it on is the pref.

Likewise I'd like to Change Strobes to OFF not Auto. Under the same procedure.  This is due to the BSS flight attendant sounds kick on when stobes are turned completely off.

Thank you in advance for any help which would point me to the right folder and files to edit, and what to change / Delete to make sence of this.
