Controls neutral problems

Hi,

I have a problem when trying to complete the controls checks. After moving the aileron and elevator, when I let go of the joystick and it returns to neutral, the copilot does not register it is at neutral. This prevents any further checklists being completed.

I have re-calibrated the joystick using X-Plane but to no avail.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem and if so, how was it rectified?

Additionally, does anyone know where you get additional co-pilots as I can’t seem to find anywhere to download or purchase them?
