Ground Handling Deluxe installation problem

I just bought the Ground Handling Deluxe package from x-plane store and I can't complete the registration process. After inserting the serial key (which was sent to my email), my email address and waited for more than an hour for the respond with the registration key but it never came.
Please can you guide me to do it wright, if I do anything wrong.
