Problem xlife ATC FLIGHT PLAN

Hello, I contact you because I have a problem with x life delux V.4_270819, I created a flight plan via simbref between EBBR and HECA the problem and when I send it to ATC, I have the message flight plan error, I have the last airacs update 1912 xp 11.40r2, I change the cruising altitiude, nothing I always have the same problem, when I create general plan, via the ATC, the plan flight is not correct because I share EBBR direction ocean altantic to return to HECA and the flight plan created is VALIDATE ...... It is very surprising. I have the traffic on the scene that I created yesterday via x life airport editor, everything is ok, no error. I am disappointed because problem is known, and there is no solution yet on the net. I need help from you thank you in advance.
