How do I get permission to post?

Hi, someone just told me about X-Life so I've started using it, it's good but I have a lot of questions about it but can't post yet.

Anyway here's some questions.

Does this program spawn light planes at all airports?
Or does it spawn only jets at the listed airports shown in the google map?

And I made a flight to KSEA just now and saw no traffic despite turning it on before I left at a small airport 75 miles away.  So I flew to KSEA and saw no traffic.  I then had to turn it off and on again for it to spawn planes and then it worked.

Is this normal?

Is the maximum amount of planes 19?

Can I donate to this project because without AI traffic XP is rather bland, I use UT2 for P3D and love it but I've been using X-Plane more and more lately.
