Topic: x life is no longer recognized by xplane 11

Hello,
I use no problem free version of x-life (just for the Traffic) but after a Windonws 10 crash,
I have reinstall the W10 on its partition, Xplane is on another partition.
Since then, X-life is always installed in the folder resources/plugins may he no longer appears in the menu plugins once open xplane.
I reinstalled visual c++ 2010 and the others too, but nothing helped.
Does anyone have the solution to again be able to use x-life?

I have X-Life running smoothly on X-Plane 11.33.  My concern, is that some aircraft take off perfectly, then after a left or right turn, suddenly descend in a 45 degree nose dive into the ground.  The radar still shows the aircraft as airborne, but well below ground level and then dissappear. Also when flying some distance, the ai traffic seem to group together and jump huge distances, even Cessna 172's seem to leapfrog accross the landscape.   Sad.  Still I love X-Life.  It would be great if one could hear the radio chatter of ai around your position.
