Topic: JD330 Airliner ver 2.2 RC1, R2, R3 WIN/MAC 64 bit (X-Plane 11)

I think this is last version before "big" update to future v.3.0. So, we made a number of changes to improve JD330 stability. Sure, we work on major improvement, include new FMGS, but this is a long way.

HOW TO INSTALL:

Please not mix files with other version.

Please install new version of Ground Handling to be well-compatible with XP11
Download link: http://jardesign.org/gndserv/download/GHD.zip

Next:
  - be sure, that you use X-Plane 11.00r1
  - copy unziped "330_JARDesign" folder to ..\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\ folder
    (be sure, what you are not use nonEnglish symbols in aircraft installation path)
  - please visit download more fresh version of Ground Handling plugin. It work with JARDesign 330 without registration (for free). Please note what “Deluxe” version of this plugin (may work with other aircrafts) is payware.
  - start X-Plane 64 bit and open a330, activation window is going to show up
  - enter your serial key (Regcode), click NEXT and after a successful activation reopen aircraft via X-Plane menu
  - activation works well with both MAC/WIN 64 bit

*** - if no activation window appear (for Windows users):
1. Check what you use computer under Admin mode.
2. You use Windows 7 or 8 or 10. In this case, please install "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010" pack from here:

UPDATE YOU NAV DATA WITH FRESH CYCLE (if needed)

If you need to update your cycle, please use Aerosoft/Navigraph
- “JARDesign 330/330 Native format”
and put a new cycle to ../X-PLANE 11/Custom Data/GNS430/navdata/ folder
(create it if need)

What new in this version:
R2:
+ X-Plane 11.10 compatible
RC1:
+ improve stability
(more than changes in code, mostly for flightplan part)
R3:
+ Right Engine shut down issue fixed for XP11.11+

About serials and activations:

- All beta-testers, who have personal serial from JARDesign may use it with XP11. If problems - please skype me or http://www.support.jardesign.org
- All users who bought the A330 AFTER the X-Plane 11 presentation event (October 2016 and later) may use their serials with X-Plane 11. If problems - please http://www.support.jardesign.org
- All users who bought the A330 BEFORE the X-Plane 11 presentation event (October 2016 and later) may update their serials (get new one) to make it worked with both - XP10 and XP11.

Update fee is about $19,95 (not include VAT for your country). Sure, you own a330 for X-Plane 10 and may continue to use it with X-Plane 10 simulator with no problem. No update need in this case. Support is continue.

Just 1st flight with 330v2.2rc1 LFBO-LFBI
All was ok (climbing fl330) but suddently teleportation to E46 on the ground !!!

I have had this happen to me a few times using the previous 2.1r1 version... so not related to this new version hmm

There is no way to more aircraft in moment. This done by X-Plane.
Sadly it is well-know X-Plane 11 issue. Sure, I always send info to LR - no reaction, but BE GREAT if you will send them bug-report too.

Love the work you've done on the engines Eugeny - they have personality!!!
I unfortunately had the same trouble this evening and ended up at E46.
First time for me in all versions.
Love the Airbuses. Sorry - no log files.

A rather annoying bug whether it is XP or JAR... I was at the end of a 2 hour flight when it happened to me last time... I could have cried!!!!!

The firs time it happened I actually thought it was me typing something in a chat window on another screen, but then XP gained focus and I had done some strange keyboard combination lol!!

Test flight EETN-ESSA, A330 v. 2.2rc1 and Xl v.2.6R1

Flight without any problem (I forgot to stop simulation after landing to see if the speedbrakes deployed. During flight they work well).  One urgent wish: The previous announcement  about 70 knots on RWY after landing (THR reversers on) disappeared! It is a MUST so please JAR put it back....

I'm not sure if this is realistic to the actual plane...I'm consulted others who are more familiar with the actual plane, and they claim it's is, but the plane shouldn't stop climbing after take off, gain speed and continue it's climb.  I've  noticed the plane has always done this, and this version is no different. This usually occurs once A/P is engaged.

Yeah, the A330 uses a 70/30 rule...70 percent of thrust for speed and 30 per cent for altitude so it reduces its climb rate until speed builds up, but it does not level off.

Hello, I had the same problem yesterday (E46) I did two flights this morning with A320 and A330 and no problems crasch by following the procedures before and after the 10000 feet.

windows 10 - PC ASUS ROG G752 - GTX 1060 6go - 24 go RAM - A320 et A330 JAR - X PLANE 10.50 - X PLANE 11.02

Another test flight ESSA-EFTP and the swaying problem occurs again at 9kt head wind. Aircraft was not to control at landing and I had much luck at in the last seconds to level the plane for touchdown .  IN addition speedbrakes didn't deploy after touchdown although armed...... (I stopped simulation to check it)

Yes i  know.....I meant the real A330 uses 70/30.....the JAR A330 doesnt have this implemented yet.

Also should be said, If you do a flight, land, use the autobrakes, turn them off and try to do another flight, the autobrake system will not re-engage.

This has been a bug for quite some time.

Again and Again, please! About "E46 teleportation issue":

Aircraft developers not have function/tool to do this. This come from X-Plane. I dont know what may provoke this. Some reports say me what this may be plugins conflict (need to compare log.txt when you post it), some reports say what this may chained with time/timezone/localtome switch. To be clear, LR say what have only 2 reports about this and only from my side, no more. As main idea - SASL (330 plugin) tried to read the airplane lat/lon but it had bad data from X-Plane. To solve this LR should check X-Plane code. To make this possible, please report this issue to LR. Please!

FlightFactor 777 can also teleport you to some random airfield, usually during approach.

So please stop blaming JAR for a moment and start sending reports directly to Laminar. The more you send, the sooner they start fixing real problems instead of tinkering with their VR bullshit.

This issue with teleport to e46...make sure you have the folder in the X-Plane 11\Aircraft\A330JAR\a330.acf
It does not like any more folders...I originally had it in
"X-Plane 11\Aircraft\Commercial\A330JAR\a330.acf" (Commercial be an extra Folder)
...and I was always in E46 when my a/c reached the last waypoint prior to T/D.
I deleted the Folder Commercial, and it has been working fine!
