Topic: Just bought A330 with problem

I just bought this wonderful A330. The version I download from X-plane.org is 1.3r1 so I download the one in here which is r2.  I still have problem after installation. I run win10.  I have nothing in the plug in and a few of the knobs are inop.  ex: V/S knob, Altitude knob and a few others.  I tried the quick engine start thinking that would help but to no avail.  Anyone have this problem please advise. thanks in Advance.

Just purchased today an I have same problems...
No way to load plugin and operate knobs

Windows 10
X-Plane lastest version

OK, thanks for the log.txt

From a first look there are several issues:

1) You are having a severe problem with X-Plane language handling. You might want to try running the X-Plane Installer again to fix this
2) When you run the XP Installer again, do not install X-Plane on your C:\ drive, as it is now, install it on your Desktop. This makes sure you don't run into privilege issues which I have seen reported on Windows machines (note: I'm using MACOS)
3) The main problem with the A330 seems to be this:

C:\X-Plane 10/Aircraft/330_JARDesign/plugins/330/win.xpl : Error Code = 126 : Impossibile trovare il modulo specificato.

There is a problem with the main A330 plugin (and X-Plane cannot find it). I'd completely remove the A330 installation and install it from scratch again (after you moved the entire X-Plane Installation to the Desktop).

4) After having done all the re-installs, find the file "panel.png" in your A330 folder (I can't remember anymore exactly where it is hidden in the structure, probably in the "330_JARDesign/cockpit/-panels-" folder), but it needs to be copied into your "330_JARDesign" folder

Hi,
Thank you laohu314 for your time and your help,but i solved in a different way,(no reinstall need)yesterday They release JD330v1.3r2.zip mine was r1 and the famous file panel.png was at his place..
Concerning plugin it wasn't installed

I also have the same problems I can´t use the knobs for altitude and others and I don´t know where I can change the manipulators to the old stlyle like jardesign told. So I downloaded the log file but what shell i do with it? I pasted it into the a330 folder but nothing changed. Please help

Manipulators can be changed in the Plugins\A330 menu in XP.
