Edit TugMaster max tow speed?

I was wondering if there is some setting or config file that can be edited to increase the maximum speed of the tugs in TugMaster. I find the the speed of the small tug, even after clicking twice on the movement button, is way too slow. I'd use a bigger tug, but this isn't too realistic on the smaller aircraft that I fly often.
