Hi

I have just updated A330 from v2 b6 to v2 b7 ... in the a330 folder "plate.tx" indicates A330 JD v2.0 07" witch is expected

but in the A330 cockpit I see a plate with " A330 JD v2 03" .

What happens ?

Idestroyed the folder and reinstalled it ....
and evetything is correctly mentioned ...

Had a strange problem in pb12. During my take off run both engines shut off and I could not restart them any more. Maybe a plugin error? I don't know. Never experienced such a thing before. At least the RTO function works as intended.

Same here, no engine error, just do not work any more. enough fuel on board :-)

XP11 PB12 + A330PB7:

Spoiler do not work. Voice Message "Spoilers half / full" is coming, but no reaction from spoilers.

F/CTL Page also shows "no spoilers"

At least in flight. After landing they were working normal....

I would also like to add that the winshields show some kind of artifacts when this occur. I can't see what is in front of me or to my left or right. That's why I suspicious a plugin driven fault.

Sounds like a frozen windshield..... switch on window heating :-)

I think I fly this plane long enough to being able too see and know about the difference of icing conditions and errors of the plane. Btw window heating was on.

I may be mistaken but there is not a beta out for the A330 on XP B12 - only for the A320

I got the same strange colors ... but I restarted X-Plane and reloaded the A330 and everything went nicely ...

The advice will help but you won't get rain effect. This occurrence is related to the screen resolution.....

Can anyone please let me know how to keep the customized views on my A330 if I want to update from JARDegign A330 Beta 6 to Beta 7? Which file I should keep and move to Beta 7 folder in order to keep aircraft preferences e.g. the customized views? Thank you for your help.

Hi: It's the file "a330_prefs" in the root directory of the plane.

Yes - same process as normal. Enter your activation code into the pop-up and then reload the aircraft when it prompts. I have the BSS soundpack and I had to completely quit XPlane and restart to get the sounds to work. Worth bearing in mind if you have the soundpack.

Thanks, just wondering how many times we can use our activation code to activate the aircraft after the updates? or there are no limitations?
