Topic: A/C Won't stop on HOLD Point

I have run into a bug (feature) doing CYVR. Runway 31 is crossed by a taxiway leading to 08R. I am trying to get the A/C to stop on the hold point , unfort because taxiway crosses the runway and I need the taxiway line the next line after the hold point is the taxiway line leading to 08R.

Is there a way to designate a point as a hold point.
