When you start FMCar and/or X-Life next time, KLGA files will be autodownloaded to your /Airports/ folder.

1. Static aircraft in the scenery:
No static aircrafts In this scenery, that interfere to X-Life.

2. Couple important words, about "FM Car" in this scenery.
Due to the "New York Airports XP" scenery includes seven airports inside, some restriction are present for use the "Follow me car" with this scenery, if exactly restrictions for using FMCar Like stand alone plugin. Data file of this scenery contains information about  all seven ports, so that no opportunity to display all of airports on FMCar map, and in the same time to handle with data of all airports in this scenery, thatswhy the plugin did not working. However the owners of the "X-Life Deluxe " version, always can request the Follow me car from ATC menu of X-Life in Ground control section. ATC gives route to FM Car, it appears and will accompanies you to necessary place.
