Please post the apt.dat file (if it contains the ATC taxi routes) or the separate XXXX.dat file with the taxi routes only. Also please post the scenery. Then someone may be able to help.
Also, to be clear about nomenclature, you need to create ATC Taxi Routes and not just Taxiways in WED.
