Re: X-Life public beta-6, 7, 8, 9 (Win & Mac)
Thanks for logs and dmp's files. I catch some errors in code (some - not). Hope will have more reports - this is very useful.

@ilankrt
no, I have 24GB - 2x8GB and 2x4GB.
It works, believe me, i am a developer
Good day,
Trying the E-175 and not using the ATC yet so this is probably to be expected for the CTD I did not try with the traffic on the first flight this time I had the traffic on but no ATC.
I also sent the data on the Aircraft so you know what is going on with it and the reason I am trying different aircraft to see how they perform in the XL plugin.

hey JAR
I'm having an issue where x-life can't seem to choose a departing runway, so no airplanes even leave the gate.
I made a custom taxi network for CYFC and it loads correctly. Aircraft are placed at the start points, and a single plane lands and taxis.
However, when looking at the airport data, the runway for the first departing plane is changing very very quickly, many times per second. I think this is why the plane never departs, because the runway keeps changing.
Any thoughts?? (log.txt attached)
Thanks!
Evan
We should discuss if in this development stage it make sense to try using different aircraft models.
Personally I think that we schooled restrict ourselves using only the JAR A320 and A330.
After solving X-Life CTD problems and stabilizing the add-ons we can step forward to test X-Life with other
aircraft models. In this early phase it can lead to confusions and spreading X-Life issues to deal with endless.
If when I choose the flight plan menu it does nothing, does it mean that the airport is not compatible? I use a custom LFMD airport. And cannot enter a flightplan, whereas in LFMN from aerosoft it works fine.
And what can I do to fix this?
Thanks
Good night.
Sorry for my English. Maybe this question already was. After departure from the airport "Tower" transfers control to position "Approach", and under the control of the position of "Control" the transfer is made only after TOD. Maybe you should switch to program the "Control" at some distance from the position of "Approach"?

Good day,
please include your Log.txt and bbox.txt with your post since we are Beta testing we must have the data from both and if you run a Mac then a Apple Problem Report is another piece of data we need to track bugs and CTD's. anyone of the Beta tester can help you get set-up with X-Life just ask and we will be glad to help.

Good day,
This process is only to see which MCDU's are compatible with X-Life, as the MD-80 can work very nicely after you set yourself up .
Next, I found out that the stock GNS-430 worked as well and any aircraft that uses a stock GNS430 can use the ATC in X-Life.
and on the other hand, your point is very well taken because of test i do understand keeping to the JAR aircraft is a good Idea for the testers to follow the main idea of testing.

please include your Log.txt and bbox.txt
log.txt ok, I know where it is, but I don't know what bbox.txt is, and where to find it...
Thanks

Good day,
it is in the XP folder and the bbox.txt is in the aircraft folder the look in the A330 or A320ne file there you will find the bbox.txt file.
up-load it to the website by using the up-load button that will show-up after you post first then click the edit button then there will be a attach file button up-load both files the same way after selecting the attach button. yes thank-you for your help but this need to be done ,

Sounds good except I don't own any JAR aircraft to test with and cannot afford them. Do you want to provide beta testers with JAR aircraft?
This is really excellent. Far more user friendly than the X-Traffic plugin. But I have one question: do the Ai-planes from X-life have sounds, because I don't' hear any?

You can use x-life with any aircraft, sure.

this time - not have sounds, and i am still think about it implementation. have ideas, but not have exact coding plan

Good day,
That's what I thought I just did not what to be mean too anyone so, I gave the explanation that the stock GNS340 and 530 works and there are some aircraft the MCDU will not work just yet with the flight plan widget and we need to find out which ones are not working with the Flight plan widget. So, the theory free-ware should work since, the plugin is free, Thank-you JAR.

Good day,
Here is one issue I would fix so your scenery is right. as far as the CTD JAR is going to need to look at this since he has the de-buger.
Thank-you for your help,

When I do a flight, I actually disable g2xpl.
Will try a flight without disabling it, and check what happens.
