X Life Deluxe

I have recently purchased the Xlife deluxe program.  I put the xlife folder into my plugins folder but when I log into the game there is no Xlife.  Do I need to activate the plugin somehow?  I havent done the bluebell installations yet, I just wanted to see if the plugin was there.  Any help appreciated!
