In my opinion, a good strategy for JARDesign will be to recruit new and experienced testers with a good feel for Airbus for in the very last phase of the alpha phase and/or beta phase. The best to get is to recruite some real life A330/A340 pilots and asking them to perform some flight like they should do when performing a real-life flight.

I hope not. Why? Since the A330 has to be the next milestone and not a copy of the A320 with the same bugs. That's why I hope JARDesign will pick up the current A320 bugs seriously and solve them in the A330. Furthermore, I hope JARDesign will design the Fly-by-Wire very very precise or close a deal with QPAC that JARDesign only 'buys' QPAC it's Fly-by-Wire system. And why do I hope that? I read posts on X-Plane forum of JARDesign A320 users being very very happy with their A320, they find it very beautiful, they love it but except on one item: their flying characteristics (nodding, fly-by-wire, weird autopilot behaviour e.g.). And for most people it's a reason to stay away from JARDesign their A320's.
I find it sad to read those kind of reactions, but I understand it. That's why I hope JARDesign will invest in the flying characteristics very very seriously OR even do some business with QPAC to close a deal to 'buy' their great Fly-by-Wire system. But... that's not my business! That's up to JARDesign! I only want to be fair and I want that JARDesign will reach their next milestone. Not just an A330 that looks like their current A320 but with a different shape. No, a whole new A330 with better results and solved bugs from A320
