I am not messing with someone's  scenery's.
But you can open any scenery in overlay-editer select the aircrafts to remove and delete them.
Then save and your done.

there are a few options:
1) Use WED or OE to remove the aircraft from your scenery
2) Use WED to "hide" the aircraft
3) Use WED and put exclusion zones on top of the aircraft. Then save the apt.dat file with exclusions only to a separate scenery file (e.g. "ICAO_no_static_.  Then put this file above the actual scenery in your scenery.ini file.
This my preferred way, as it does not modify the original scenery and the new file blocking the static aircraft can be shared as well, saving others the trouble. You can find such files here for several airports.
